“Too far away from the terminal. Bus was seriously overcrowded. State of bus shelters in car park was disgraceful with litter bags that appeared to have been left lying for weeks/months.”

“I always choose terminal surface for my parking, yes I know it dearer but I believe it is safer as I have had serious damage to different cars using off site or valet parking. One thing I can never understand about airport parking at Edinburgh is even after booking 3 or 4 months ahead there is never a space. It’s not just Edinburgh airport but they are the worst in my experience. Many large ( mainly Range Rover) take up two spaces , not because the space is small but they deliberately straddle two spaces. They should be charged double. So on this stay yes we were there early about 4 hours before flight ( as Edinburgh airport never has enough Check in desks) and yes there was no terminal surface spaces. So drove around and around for about 20 mins and eventually got a space. I am willing to pay extra for a guaranteed parking if they had numbers on the parking space!!!”

“2 days of my stay cost more than double my original invoice for 3 days. returned to find 3 baggage trollies had been pulled down the stones to the rear of my car photo below so I imagine you will say we leave our car at our own risk? I paid online using American Express however when I had to pay the king's ransom to get my car out the antique pay machine didn't accept contactless nor did it accept American Express. Altogether an awful experience, parking at this airport is and always has been an absolute joke.”

“A disorganised, mediocre affair much akin to the rest of this dismally poor airport. Lacks any quality whatsoever and even basics such as cleanliness and maintenance of environment and terminal is poor.”
“Spaces are extremely tight. Very difficult to park. Very hard to get child car seats in.
Even reversing out of the space was very tight. Far too small in all aspects.”

“Very under whelming for the price we paid.
Disappointed. I have used many different car parking options over the years this service definitely did not match the price we paid. A fair price would have been circa £50 we paid more than double that price.”

“I've used this parking before, hence why I used it again, however, this time was very expensive.
Dropped the car off, no problem...... arrive back from my holiday, got keys and car had been moved approx 300m to its parking place......
Imagine my horror when I noticed it had travelled over 5 miles, since I had parked it up.
I use my car for business purposes and I'm now waiting on the gps data from company tracker being sent to me before I take action.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Edinburgh airport parking. I have now changed my holiday to fly from Glasgow next time !!”

“Not the best this time around, main terminal car park rammed so followed the signs for 'spaces' which led me to a crummy overflow bit with crumbling tarmac, not the premium parking I paid for, disappointed this time around.”

“As a business traveller it is sometimes necessary to amend and/or extend a parking booking.
However, the system does not allow amendments within 24 hours of the start of a booking or during a booked period.
This needs improving.
During a recent European trip, I had the opportunity to meet an additional customer which required an additional day. I was unable to extend my Terminal parking booking resulting in payment of full tariff for the additional day.”
Thank you for your review. In future if you do require an extension to your booking you should make a new booking that commences when your current booking ends and when you return if you press the intercom button a member of the car parking team will be able to raise the barrier for you manually.

“No signage for pedestrians whatsoever. Additionally no walkway for pedestrians. The medium stay has at least some badly laid out walkway that is separated by red/white dividers. But the long stay throws you into the giant car park with no safe way to get to your car except by walking along the main roads. No pedestrian signage to the exit when you try to leave. Even the tiny bits of pavement at the end of the rows had no drop curbs so you couldn't use them to walk on. To improve it would be nice to have pedestrian signage to enable you to find the exit, and ideally a marked segregated pedestrian walkway for you to safely get to your car with luggage.”

“Plenty of space and good driving directions getting there but........absolutely hopeless finding the way to the terminal by foot. All the notices were wrong! We made our way to what seemed to be the right direction and found a notice telling us to go on foot via the driving way in/exit, which we did......then found that this was wrong and had to walk all the way back again. We eventually found the route but it was not easy. Please make the signage better.”

“I know the rain was heavy but the car park was ridiculously flooded. Puddles 3 or 4 inches deep which are not easy to navigate when you are dragging a suitcase.
Cars parked on junctions all around the car park making it very hard to walk through the car park. Not enough walkways and cars parked on junctions are just begging to be scratched by someone pulling a suitcase past them.
Lines needs to be repainted to make it clear these are junctions and cars parked here should be removed”
