“Found the signage very difficult to read. I think it's a terrible idea to have the font and background colours so close to each other, for example, the white font on pale blue for the Mid Stay option. The use of italic for the word 'Mid' is also not recommended on 'normal' road signs.”
“Starting card slot damaged in starting the car someone has been hash bash with the slot that the card key enters now the card key will not fully immerse into its starting slot your supervisor Scott who I spoke to said he was raising a file on the damage on which he took photos of I will be in touch with details of costs to get it fixed in due course but on other aspects of your parking I found to be a good set up and organised but just a shame whoever has driven my car has been very hash bash in starting my vehicle I would add that if any of your drivers who start these cars are not sure on card start cars they should ask and not just force things that have now caused damage to my car unfortunately but I’ve given two stars and not one as the price the idea and the organisation is to be commended just a shame that someone has spoiled which would have been a five star review”
“The actual parking area is great plenty of space available between vehicles so people can open car doors with zero risk of touching other vehicles ......the bus service cannot be faulted however entry and exit is a joke ........Entry blocked by faulty ticket machine had to move to the other machine .....exit accepted my ticket and asked me for £170 obviously didnt recogise my booking and had to use the intercom, someone was there but barely spoke just opened the barrier ........will think twice about using this car park again”
“On return tried to access the multistory car park, but it was fenced off. There was no sign to indicate how we could access the car park. Disgraceful considering how much we paid to park there. After discussing with others we decided only a long walk was way in. Refund?”

“Came back to find the rear window of the car (double cab pickup) smashed in. Reported it to the office who said they'd send someone to check. No one arrived, so drove down to the ground floor to speak to the office staff. They admitted they had seen it on cctv. No help apparently. Very poor show.”
“That was very easy to book space for two days stay, easy payment. Everything was ok till the moment when I wanted to leave. I used my ticket and the amount which was showed was three times higher that what I payied. Everything was sorted quick but still there were some miscommunication and unwanted stresses after holidays.”

“Parked our Audi Q5 in the multi storey as usual. On Return from a 7 day trip found that somebody has scraped all the driver side back corner of the car. No message left they must have just drove off. Not sure we will use multi storey again.”
“Confusing entry was as described on website. I had paid online but then charged £130 on exit. Although this was resolved at time it was confusing and stressful.”
“Thought it would be like Glasgow you pay to reserve a space and put your ticket in and you are in a seperate level that no one else can access unless they have paid for reserved space,no we eventually got a parking space after driving every level and ended up on the very top floor.”
“Booked the charging spaces at Edinburgh airport terminal surface but when I arrived no charging spaces were available. It does say they can’t be guaranteed but why have 2 different booking options in that case?? Very unreliable and won’t be booking again. Will get taxi in future as this meant after 2 days away at work and landing at 8pm, I then had to wait a further 30mins at a nearby charging station before I could get home.”
