“I pre-booked and arrived on time. Number plate wasn’t recognised so I couldn’t enter. Pressed button and was given a ticket. Returned within time limit. At the exit gate the barrier wouldn’t rise and machine said I owed £180 for 4 days. Eventually found small intercom button and the problem was solved by a voice on the other end. Gave him Reg & booking name and sorted quickly”
“When I returned to my car it was covered in sand/dust from the work that is getting done. I had cleaned it before parking it up and it was a real mess when I came back. Also, someone had stuck a L plate to my nsr wing !”
“Overcharged £10 for no reason. Car park was extremely busy when we arrived with cars abandoned outwith bays. Took a long time to get out of the car park.”
“I use the midstay all the time, this time my incoming flight was cancelled got charged £60 to get out no receipt so I can't claim this back from insurance”
“Actual parking part and staff were really good - what wasnt was finding my clean car utterly caked in dirt when i got back to collect it 8 days later . It had just been cleaned prior to drop off. Dissapointed in the Fast Park service, which has been fine in previous uses.
Also there are no baggage trolleys, which is a big issue if you are travelling with kids and multiple bags.”
“Not sure if the spaces are small, but on returning to my car, the drivers door had been hit by a white car. There was white paint left on my door and a white Range Rover parked next to me.”

My booking was not matched to my car on the system I had a bill of £180 when I returned which caused huge amounts of unnecessary stress at 4am.”
“I booked online for a reasonable price for the terminal car park. When I arrived the car park was not signposted well at all, I ended up having to drive through the drop off area costing me an additional £6 which I wasn’t pleased about. I took another loop of the airport before entering what I thought might be the correct car park to find that it wasn’t, luckily a member of staff advised me to dive through that car park and buzz the barrier operator to explain what had happened who then told me where I needed to go. On return from my holiday I entered my ticket in to the barrier to leave and it said that I had a bill of £234 to pay! Again I buzzed the barrier operator who took my registration which apparently the registration camera read incorrectly when I entered the car park and he then opened the barrier for me to exit. I’m half expecting a bill through the door for the ticket. Not great at all.”
“After payment, I couldn't find my returning flight from Lanzarote, I ended up choosing flight from Malaga, which had the same arrival time as Lanzarote. Unfortunately my flight from Lanzarote was delayed instead of leaving at 2000hrs it ended up leaving around 1920-30 hrs. Our plane landed around 0145hrs. By the time I went to collect my car I had to pay £26. We didn't take long to collect our car and at the exit gate I had to pay another £7.”
“When we returned at 2am in the morning to pick up our keys they were not there in the box. We were asked to contact reception. However no one was around and we waited and waited unable to get in our car. Eventually my husband knocked on a door and apparently the person forgot to put our keys in the box! Not what we need at this time in the morning. Then while trying to leave the car park the barrier wouldn’t open unless we paid £7. Not good”
“My review was only poor as due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to use the parking facilities (my other travel plans were disrupted by Storm Floris and my flght the day before diverted). When i went onto the carpark FAQ's it made no mention of 'what if I cancel the booking' but instead made me pour over all the terms and conditions to realise I was too late for a refund on my refundable parking. I'd suggest cancellation policies or rules should be much clearer on your webpage and the FAQ's updated.”
“Did not recieve confirmation from company website, Communication was non existent. No-one was at the desk on return. Thankfully the booking went through and all was smooth but not a good experience and i was worried i would have to repay ££££ for the parking. Worried about this all trip! Otherwise car park was easy to park and get in/out of.”
“Very poor signage, the sign into car park says coaches. We drove past found ourselves in the drop of area and had to pay another £6 to exit that area.”
“Although very good service using the fast park. The airport certainly knows how to maximise profits!! However, they were cheaper than a lot of 3rd party off airport sites”
