It is frustrating that a booking can't be amended - it has to be cancelled and then a new booking made. I recently was in an unfortunate situation where I missed my flight and had to return a day later. I was not able to amend my booking, but had to buy a whole new ticket which was much more expensive. It is not as if I could have chosen another parking facility, so you held me captive. Frustrated and disappointed!!!!
The roll-up and park pricing was going to charge me £65 for the extra day!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!
