It’s a piece of tarmac open to the elements on which to park a car, what do you want us to say about it? It’s a bigly car park, probably the best car park I’ve ever parked in. It’s got the best tarmac anyone has ever seen.

Actually the fast park was satisfactory, but we only used it because the multi storey has become cheekily expensive. Airport could be a lot cleaner!

I didn’t find it easy to get to in the dark, and this meant I had to go through the drop off to get out, didn’t even stop and still had to pay £6!! Once I got there, parked up, all was fine and it was a 5 minute walk to the terminal. Upon leaving, it was also dark and I put my ticket in and it told me I had an outstanding balance of £150!! I had to use the intercom to get this sorted before I could get out. Overall, average experience but I would use it again for the price and convenience.

was very simple to navigate and was affordable for the length of time i stayed. However had a problem trying to leave as the ticket machine tried to make me pay and additional 100 pounds despite leaving earlier than originally planned and already having paid online. I rang the assistance bell and they sorted this out

Long stay always very full and walk to/from terminal no overhead cover. Got drenched on return from Madeira evening of 27 March.

Good options available but long stay entry did not register I had pre-paid in advance. Upon exit, at the barrier I was asked for £190. Using the intercom, the operator resolved the issue thankfully but I recall this happened the last time I also used the carpark. Also, there could be more signs for where the trolley parking bays are as it was not easy to find from the car in the dark and the rain, around “F” area.

Used the long stay option but found it very had to find a space which was late morning (no disbled spaces available). Eventually found space, but the lines are so tight, could not get luggage out of car whilst in the space and could barely get the doors open, and we drive a mini !. Disabled spaces look to be abused as many cars without badges. Will probably consider mid stay area next time as although they are next to each other, there were lots of free spaces for only a few pounds more

Arrival and drop off at fast park fine, but on return fast park pick up area is poorly signposted and exit not obvious.

We normally find the parking reasonable, despite the lack of good signage within the terminal to aid finding the correct exit door on return. This time we thought we had found the right exit,only to find the path blocked by contractors.We had a long wallk ba ck outside, in cold a d windy conditions, to cross into the main car park dropoff a area. There should have been temporary notices.

as leaving. entered the ticket and it asked for £90 . I rang intercom and the man let me out through the barrier. don't think my car reg was picked up going in.

Crazily busy always. Ended up on the roof again. The works currently taking place make access to / from terminal more difficilt. Was worse when we arrived back late at night as no signage from terminal. When we left, work had not started so initially, walked up /down searching for access point. It is handy and close to terminal but they could do more to assist passengers. Havi g pre booked /paid for parking, should be rreg recognition....still having to use ticket is ridiculous

The service was great and easy enough. Unfortunately, our car was damaged which what looks like a protruding registration sign cap being forced into our bumper once when it was moved by a memeber of staff.The gentleman agreed that it was no there when we entered as per their own cameras,

I always have trouble with ticket machines and using the Edinburgh airport one was no different! The guy who operated the ticket control barrier at around 16.30 Wednesday 19th was helpful though which helped me as was stuck on exiting. The courtesy car I had unfortunately ended up with a chip in the windscreen though which isn't great but unfortunately these things can happen anywhere at any time ...just not great that this is the first time I used airport parking and the first time in my 17 years driving I have ever had a chipped windscreen. The price wasn't too bad (around £44 for one week), although to more than double the price (£109) to park closer was laughable. It's literally the difference of a 5 min walk if that.

When leaving the car park, the machine takes your Paid Ticket and writes:'outstanding amount ...£' . You constantly have to communicate with a person via intercom to open the barrier! I have used this long car park 3 times and always the same problem. Fix it please!

Automatic barrier didn't recognise car registration on entry so tried to charge me on exit. Called staff on intercom who wasn't particularly polite but they sort it out. Took a while to find a space and the spaces are a little narrow. Parking is a reasonable price and if you can park on the terminal side of the car park it isn't too far a walk to the terminal.

Parking was good with close proximity to the terminal. Had issue when trying to get out when machine was asking for £120 but we had already paid in advance

It is a disgrace that the bus from the long stay car park has not been reinstated after covid. I suspect that this is a money saving exercise and forces you to use the drop off at a £6 charge to off load your luggage and passengers, before procceding to the car park.

If the weather is dry this carpark is walkable. Unfortunitly the path to the terminal isn't clearly marked in the carpark and we ended up walking down the main road. Next time I will park closer to the teminal. On purchasing the ticket I was placed in a plastic wallet, but on exiting it couldn't be read by the machine as the print was very faint. I had to contact the control office which retrieved my quote. What has happened to number plate recogination which seems to work at Glasgow airport, greeting me on arrival and departure?
