The price is reasonable however my recent experience of returning on 22nd April - get to the bus stop to an empty bus and no driver. Waiting in the cold for ages before another bus turns up, then only to get to the car park only for the system not to let the bus into the car park. After waiting a while (and the driver arguing with the control - sounded like the control didn’t believe him) we all just got off at the gate to walk to our cars.

Paid £39 to park in Plane Parking from Monday @ 11:30 to Friday @ midnight. Due to delayed flights Geneva to Amsterdam and missed connection in Amsterdam we had to stay overnight. Having been rebooked on an early flight we got to the car park around 10:00. The additional fee of £45 which we had to pay to leave the car park was in my opinion rediculously expensive. There should be a system to override this fee when flights are delayed etc.

Parking was good but our ticket was faulty and didn't register our prepayment nearly giving us a bill of £180 which wasn't appreciated at 3am after a long flight.

I have used the multi storey car park on several occasions with no problem but on this visit we encountered a problem on exiting. We were asked for a £365 charge which came as quite a shock and put us into panic mode. It is how you deal with the problem that matters and I have to confess the help assistant was very good and on checking the documentation lifted the barrier for us.

Car park itself is clearly signposted when arriving by car but no indication of where there are spaces leading to driving up and down a one way system. Path to terminal is not well sign posted and difficult to find in dark/wet conditions. On return there is only signposts for plane parking. Then long stay after a significant walk.

Great parking spot with straightforward walk to terminal. But... at exit the machine asked for £150 payment. Quickly resolved by intercom but a bit stressful after a flight.

Left my car in the plane car park for a week. Price was very good and we got the shuttle bus from the car park to the airport departures. It comes every 10 minutes and takes about 10 minutes. The only issue we had was with the automatic camera at the entry gate which didn’t recognise our car registration number .We had to get a ticket from the entry gate and call for help when we left the car park on our return a few days later. It got sorted very quickly when we called. Will use again in the future as it costed £31 for 5 days which is unbeatable

Pros: easy to book, short walk to the terminal Cons: spaces very small which makes it very hard to get a baby in an out of a car seat with the neighbouring cars so close. Sometimes impossible at the end of the trip if a car has parked too close on that side whilst you were on holiday. Need bigger spaces or designated spaces for families.

It’s not exactly fast park. Lanes still a bit far from terminal when arriving (especially for people with mobility issues) and when arriving home, car was parked at end. If it was raining, would be soaked as supposed to multi storey parking…

Used multi storey car park which is very closebut a bit pricey. Main problem (which is why I rated it three stars) is the system problem on exiting - this was the third time that I was delayed as wanted payment of over £250 when booking had been prepaid. I booked using correct registration number but the confirmation email showed a previous car number, I then corrected this and received a confirmation that correct number had been noted but on exit registration numbers did not match Strangely I have used the car cark between the three problem exits without any difficulties. Also another car was having same problem at other exit gate - system needs investigating.

Could be great with a few improvements. Pros Good location Well laid out car park Good parking surface Automatic Number Plate recognition. Great pick up / drop off pont at airport Cons Not enough pick up / drop off points in the car park Buses run infrequently Main access road is a nightmare - so many potholes!! Traffic - you have to go through the main roundabout at the airport terminal - it gets seriously congested

Was shocked when I got to the ticket machine when leaving the car park to find out when I put my ticket in the machine it said you owe £140 I was thinking I paid £49 so pressed the buzzer and spoke to someone in 2 mins the barria was up and he said have as nice day and off I went 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤣🤣🤣
