“Booking parking is very easy but actually parking is very frustrating! There are no indications of where spaces are available which results in trawling around looking for a suitable space. Some cars are poorly parked which makes it impossible to park alongside. There are no signs indicating the walking route to the terminals and it appears there is no monitoring of the size of vehicles using the spaces. Drivers entering or exiting the multi storey are prone to ignore the pedestrian crossings.Luggage trollies are available but only at a cost and the tarmac surface is very rough in places.”
“I have used fastpark many times but on my return this time i was disapointed to notice that many of my dashboard settings had been tampered with none of witch were nesassery to drive the vehicle.”
“I parked in Plane Parking for the first time. I found it extremely easy to book and navigate to. The bus was swift in picking up and dropping off and the bus stop at the terminal was clearly labelled. I would recommend booking in advance to get the best rates. I made the mistake of waiting and the price nearly doubled!”
“The parking was very convenient and easy to access. A 3 min walk to the terminal was perfect. The ohly issue was that I was asked to pay £180 upon leaving despite paying in advance online. At the check out gate, there is a button to speak to somebody, however it rang for ages before being picked up. This was resolved immediately, but not before a slight panic on my side. Successful and quick resolution, however not what I had anticipated after a very early flight.”
“Good experience. This was my first time using ‘Fast Park’ but there were helpful men in the car park and the area where one deposits the keys. My only small irritation was the lack of signage from the terminal to the area where one collects one’s keys on return - this needs to be improved and made more visible.”
“The parking is great but the only bad think is that your car comes back for collection normally very dirty. I'm not sure where the cars are parked for the duration but they come back pretty much covered in dirt/ dust.
An optional car wash prior to collection would be good. Even at an Extra cost to the client.”
“First you have to find the multi story - I have no idea why the airport doesn't use overhead signage - but why should it be easy.
The multi Story is a good car park , very close to check-in / bag drop etc and the premium is worth it in the rain - I would use it again .”
“Excellent parking. Only spoiler is the sticker for the Fast Park, when applied to a Tesla keycard, is really hard to get off, and leaves a really sticky residue. Please don't place the sticker on the key.”
“Exiting the Terminal the initial signage to Mid Stay is poor we took the right hand lane to Car Rentals and had to turn back the followed the left hand walk walk lane marked Taxis. Only when you proceed beyond this another 100 metres are the car park signs in view.”
“Improved signage at each roundabout on the main road into the airport , especially illuminated at night - additionally clear signage at the immediate communal entrance , stating multi storey short stay car park ahead , as roadway is also initially shared with short stay street level parking .”

When walking to and from bus stop it was difficult to see where the roads were amongst the cars.

“Fast Park - perhaps a bit more gimmicky, but it means you can park as close to the terminal as possible, then the fully insured drivers park it for you on site (CCTV and patrolled 24 hrs) - note, your vehicle will be exposed to the elements, unlike multi-storey options. The main advantage is you don't need to worry about where your car keys are.”
