“Incredible I booked parking I was able to park my car. The rate was extortionate, I only parked in the multistorey because my company is paying for it but yeah it was amazing I parked my car what more could I expect. Even better my car was still there when I got back from my trip 😀.”

“I appreciate the roadworks at night for minimal disruption for during the day, however the construction staff were not very helpful to guide me through the roadworks so I can pick up my car.”

“I was a bit apprehensive about leaving my car at the FastPark facility but it all worked perfectly - the check-in, dropping off the key, and collection. The only bad part was that I was unable to modify my booking on the website, and I needed to have a long e-mail exchange with customer service to make the changes.”

“I find the location and ease of use excellent. My one issue is that everytime I return to the car the seat has been moved and the heating turned up to full. By my reckoning the car is being moved about 1 mile and so I dont understand why the heating needs to be changed for such a short journey.”

“First time using Fastpark,helped to park and help before we left our key. Coming back to collect car a week later at 8pm, we couldn't find anyone to help us but other travellers who had used the car park before were helping folk. Fairly straightforward and brilliantly placed for airport. Will use again, only giving 4 stars due to no official to help when returning. Now we've done it once, we'd know what to do next time”

“My first time using fast park and will use again. re was a chap on hand to help me get checked in. Keys are tagged and put down a Shute. You recieve a ticket with a bar code to use upon your return. This scanned easily and once I realised where the cars were parked a very simple way to park at the airport. Well worth a try.”

“Bit more expensive than some - but literally on the door step and get rapid access to passport control. What wasnt terribly clear was what to do with the ticket. Which was actually to go to the booth and get it processed and insert in into themachine when you leave. Massively cheaper than just turning up - a five day trip last time cost more for the car park than the flights. - about £ 250 - this was £60 for three days.”

“Parked at Plane Parking From 5th to 16th April, Transfer to and from PARKING was efficient , and improved as pick-up point at airport side has been changed to East side of tram track, my only annoyance Is that road between Plane parking and airport is riddled with pot holes , and is a surface I would NOT choose to travel on”

“Easy to navigate to the parking area but had to travel round quite a bit to find a space. Didn't help with some drivers parking efforts in taking up more than the designated space. Signage not that great after landing back into Edinburgh to find the parking area - may just have been me but it wasn't that clearly signed. All in all will use again as it is convenient.”

“Car park is easy to find and the bus is regular. When leaving the barrier tried to charge me £160, just as well it was during working hours I was able to buzz someone and get a response to look into my booking.”

“Parking was easy to find however the approach roads are a disgrace and need to be fixed. Signage is also good and the bus transfers to and from airport were also good. Ewell worth the money”

“Pre booked to park the car for 5 days I was told that my car registration plate would be recorded so take the ticket keep it safe when your leaving present the ticket and your car reg would be recognised and I would be let out ,but all it did was say I owed £150 after pressing for assistance I was eventually let out a bit uncomfortable .”

“The experience of using this was good but there is 1 point that should be a notice of improvement- as we came through arrivals it is not well signposted for the FastPark. If this could be better signposted it would have been an excellent service.”
