I’d give them no stars if i could. Appalling service . Booked parking for a holiday break. Paid the fee and received receipt and confirmation of dates and times.Bus picked us up and dropped off at terminal. All good. Return and departure from Edinburgh Airport plane parking absolute disaster. No indication or direction provided for bus pick up point. Eventually got back to car at 02:20AM .Drove to barrier inserted ticket and the system wouldn’t let me out- saying I had an excess of £225.00 to pay despite being within confirmed dates and times. So, long flight and locked in car park at 20 past two in the morning. Press so called button on machine several times to alledgedly be put through to customer support.lEither no one was there or they couldn’t be bothered to answer. No other ways of contacting this company. Eventually got out by other means. Searched online through their useless email website info for ways to contact and. discuss the predicament EDINBURGH AIRPORT Parking had left me in - Nothing. These charlatans are uncontactable. They have a couple of phone numbers on ther FB pages and on google but these phone numbers are not in service. Best i could do was a FB messenger business message. Usual BOT response say thanks for reaching out.Havent heard a peep. . Steer clear of these people. I’m pretty sure most of their customers manage alright but when it goes wrong Edinburgh Airport Parking are knowhete to be found.Ill probably never use that airport to fly again. Bit of rant -Hey Ho.

Terrible stay at the mid-stay parking. Came back to our car with a flat tyre with slash marks across the side and was then over charged for the parking. No refund given.

We arrived and we were circulating for almost 20min to find a space!! Please do not sell more spaces than you have available! I almost missed my flight!!

I dropped off my car at Fastpark at Edinburgh airport on the 18th of April. I took a screenshot of my mileage when I left the car with you which was 3729. In my return on the 22nd of April I picked up my keys from the Blue Locker and went to my car. When I turned on the ignition the mileage now read 3766. As it states on your website cars are parked on airport grounds after drop off. Someone has been using my car to drive 47 miles between me dropping it off and picking it back up. I would like someone to give me an answer as to why this was the case. I would be happy to contact the media as I'm sure this will be of interest to anyone who uses Fastpark

I paid online to park at plane parking. Arrived on the day got my ticket left the next day was an hour delay on the flight there for I was an hour over the parking and was charged £80 on exiting the parking area.

I booked the site because it looked really good and it said that you can cancel and you can change things really easy in big letters everywhere while you try doing it it sends you round in circles. You cannot change anything. It made me really worried as I had booked the entry After our holiday didn’t realise I was short two hours. You tried changing that impossible. An absolute terrible site please beware I did not sign up to it. It said if you sign in or sign up or not you can change things well you can’t please please beware if you make a mistake booking You go around in circles as I’ve said In the end I didn’t even go into the parking I got my son-in-law to pick me up and drop me Edinburgh Airport Parking Logo Notification Review Reply Received Company has replied to your review. No bus service from long stay car park had to wade through deep puddles in lashing rain. Us and luggage soaked.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal. Our Plane Parking car park has a shuttle bus which runs between the car park and Terminal approximately every 12 minutes. Our team are aware that during adverse weather puddles can form within the walking route. We are currently looking into the most suitable solution to rectify the issue. Upon trying to leave the car park our ticket failed to open the barrier despite being pre booked & paid in full. The massage at the exit said we were due £180.00!! Not what you want after a delayed arrival and this was not the 1st time this has occurred

Directions to parking great. It said it does number plate recognition. Got on the bus from terminal. Bus driver says to everyone on the bus- if the barriers don’t open and they say you owe money don’t pay it just press intercom. Hot to barrier says I owed £150. Pressed intercom - took 5 mins for someone to come - asked me for my number plate - took him a significant amount of time to find it - at the same time the man next to me having same issue. Clearly keeping your ticket and number plate recognition neither works - very poor.

If your vehicle registration and booking reference isn't printed on your ticket then you would need to press the intercom at the exit barrier and a member of the car parking team will be able to assist. Worst Parking in Edinburgh!! Once again, on attempting to exit the carpark I was asked to pay £200. I need to park at the airport roughly every month and everytime, even although I've prepaid and I'm leaving before the alloted time, I'm asked to pay again for the full stay. We have tried different cars, different Mid/Long Stay carparks, but everytime we're left waiting at the barrier, trying to explain that we've already paid. How can all other carparks easily manaage this, they understand number plate recoginition, but the airport can't get this right. Not to mention, they have just resurfaced the carpark and once again it was completely flooded. Avoid parking here if you can, possibly the non-airport carparks are better.

Very poor, I followed the instructions that were given to me on my email and it took me to a road with shutters up that I could not drive down. After cirling for 20 minutes trying to find my carpark I had to park in a different carpark as I was in danger of missing my flight then had to pay £275 to get my car back after my holiday. I will not return!

the sign-posting into the various different car-parks is dreadful. not only did i have to go round being charged as if just doing a pick-up but at the first multi-story barriers, i witnessed 2 cars having to reverse having got tho the barrier before realising it was wrong - confusion all round. edinburgh airport is an embarrassment as it is without the car-park adding to it.

Access road surface is a disgrace. Potholes and badly maintained surface risk damage to cars. Money from income needs to be invested to provide a service that can be used without risk of damage to vehicles. I will not be recommending to others.
