Very poor. Access to the car park was ok. Fast track security tunnel was closed so no access there with no explanation why. Came back, went to leave the car park and it tried to say I was due £200 to exit. Spoke to the car park attendant who was quite cheeky and kept us for about 10 minutes until it was realised the booking was valid. Would never use this service again.

Very disappointed as pre booking parking and when arrived car park was full and took 20 mins to find a space and was only because someone was leaving. Cars were parked all over the place on double yellow lines and hard to manouver around car park.

Car was at the fast park, car had been moved a couple times in our stay and damage to the offside front door. Pretty disappointing to see when I arrived back

For an extra of 1 hours at the airport parking, because of a flight delay, i have been charged 200£ . It is something out of movies.... Never back in there again

Paid for parking in advance, was charged double that mount again on the way out. They are looking into it and don’t mind editing this review once/if they refund.

I payed £ 25 for less then an hour parking as an information on the website is pretty confusing (especially for not a native speaker). Please be more clear about your hourly charges. Thank you

Extremely Disappointing and Poorly Managed – Avoid If You Can I had a very frustrating experience with this airport parking service. First, the entrance was incredibly hard to find, and due to the poor signage, I accidentally entered the wrong car park. I was charged £14 for being there for less than two minutes – it genuinely felt like being penalised for their lack of clear directions. Even more confusing, exiting the wrong parking led me straight into theirs, but there was no proper entry gate or way to register. There were no staff on-site, and I spent 15 stressful minutes wandering around trying to figure out what to do. Eventually, I discovered that I had to go to the exit and use an intercom to get assistance – a completely counterintuitive and time-wasting process, especially when you're racing against the clock to catch a flight. To make matters worse, they advertise their package as “refundable,” but this turned out to be misleading. I left two days earlier than planned and was told I couldn’t get a refund for the unused days. Apparently, you can extend your booking but not shorten it – which defeats the purpose of offering a “refundable” deal. Overall, the experience was stressful, poorly managed, and disappointing from start to finish. I won’t be using this service again.

Never enough spaces can take up to 20-30 minutes to find one in the long stay parking Cars have to park on dounn be le yellows I get cheaper parking at Heathrow

I booked in Nov but got a new car in January. I cancelled the first booking and rebooked with new car. The barrier didn't lift,pressed the intercom we gave them booking reference number they had no record of it, they didn't have any record of our old car registration either. We eventually got through, we had the same thing on the way back after about 15mins of explaining we got through. It was very stressful and not what you want at the start or end of your holiday.

Awful! Had to cruise long stay parking for 20 minutes before we could find a space. Despite advertising a regular bus service from the longstay car park to the terminal building, this service appears to have been withdrawn. Longstay implies parking for longer and therefore passengers will tend to have more luggage. There were not even trollies to be found!

I booked a space weeks ahead. However on arrival I had to search for nearly an hour to find a space. I nearly missed my flight ! Other people were in similar positions and just abandoning cars!

Worst airport car park we have ever used across the UK. We pre-booked and used the official parking expecting great service and for speediness with the name “fast”, however we were greeted at the airport with a huge queue of cars waiting to enter a car park with no spaces to leave the car and we waited over 50 minutes to enter, this is not what you need to start a holiday and we lost time at the prebooked lounge too. No apology or compensation offered.

I was met with extra chargers at the gate 45 pound that I had pay as there was no call button for assistance. My plane was delayed I was over my time slot by 30 minutes I think this is disgusting tocharge 45 pound extra for 30 mins where the grace of the airport when a flight delayed that's out my hands very unhappy with this service

Not very fast, took 45 mins to enter carpark due to only 1 booth in operation then this failed. Not enough staff to move cars. Collection was ok, need signage improving to direct to relevant zones

Car had concrete dust all over it from nearby works and a stone on the bonnet, raised a complaint which was closed before fully investigated

Absolutely disgusting prices. I thought I had booked my parking but I hadn't completed the process, by the time I realised it was triple the price. In future I will be paying for a transfer instead.
