“ Long stay parking - good value and not really that far from terminal with clear signposting. However, there are no trolley returns in this car park, spaces were quite hard to find with cars parked all over the place and outside marked bays. There was also quite a lot of litter/debris about. ”

“ Sometimes it is difficuilt to find a space but this time it took me over 10 mins to find an available parking space, section K which is furthest away from the exit gate to enter Mid Stay car park for walk to terminal building! Cars where parked on horizontal white lines, double yellow lines, on corners and on raised paved areas, why?! Starting to think this car park over books then leaves it to drivers to park where ever they like! What happens to cars parked illegally, are they uplifted and owners then have an extra cost on returning or are they left where they are until owner returns? Dont know if I'll use any of Edinburgh Airports Car Parks again. ”

“ Shocking con this parking was!! We paid £59-99 when we booked online. On returning to pick up our car after 6 days away the Exit ticket machine said we had to pay£170 by CREDIT CARD !!WE did because the barrier would not let us out!!Car parking cost more than flights........ridiculous!!!!We need a refund. ”

“ The 24hr window for refund is too short as flights usually get delayed at the last moment… I booked from 8-9.30am as the flight i was expecting was to land at 7am but it ended up landing at 9.30am so i wasn’t able to be there early. Arrived at 9.30, left within 1,5hrs but still got penalised with an extra payment of 24£. ”
