I would have given more stars, but found the signposts directing me to the car park next to the multi-storey confusing. The signpost said delivery vehicles, and i therefore carried on round and ended up in the drop off point, and had to pay to drive through, of which i was not impressed. I went back round and took the entrance signposted delivery vehicles and found my pre-paid car park.

A car park fit for a minotaur.
The signage and directions are terrible. It took us about 20 minutes to work out where we should go to collect someone who was arriving.
Instructions for payment were not really clear anywhere, and the payment machines were not working.
Also, why does this form have questions about parcel delivery?

Using the "contact us" facility returns an answer of " We don't set the prices" but also agree that the pricing is all over the place and advise to keep an eye out and book when the price drops? On a plus, the site is conveniently situated next to the terminal building with only a short walk to bag drops.

Shocking!! Car parking itself was absolutely fine. Pre booked and paid for parking. Late departing by 45 minutes due to flight being delayed. Was charged £221 when trying to leave. Now having to contact my office on Monday so they can contact you for a refund.
