The car park is easy to find, access in and out is quick and it made travelling for us so much easier. There's a 6 hour delay window, which measn no extra charges, if your flight arrives back later than expected, which I appreciated. The price for a 4 day stay was excellent and for a family of 4, so much cheaper than us using buses to get to where we needed to go. Thank you Edinburgh Airport!

It was an excellent experience, but I donāt understand why they charged me an extra 6 pounds at the end, especially since my return flight time was mentioned correctly.
Another suggestion is to add a car service option to this package, so when a customer returns, they receive a neat and clean car.

Hi there I had my booking for my holiday to Dubai but holiday was cancelled due to the war. Edinburgh Airport Parking had my flights details did I hear from them no absolutely nothing. I tried to cancel it online but I found it far too complicated and gave up. Hopefully after writing this review they will contact me to organise a refund.

The service is excellent. But I got overcharged an extra day. The claim took 3 weeks to receive my money which is entirely unacceptable. During my initial request for a refund, I passively aggressively got told it was my fault!
