ok, so the location is right out on the edge of the airport but it was easy enough to find and was a good price. The best thing I can say about it is the bus drivers. They were both so helpful loading and unloading cases onto the bus, it made the whole transfer experience really good.

Very easy process. Convenient drop off and collection at required times.
Only problem- passenger window left fully open and it had been pouring with rain!. I'm sure this was an oversight.
More expensive than other parking options but with premium price when returning at 3am with kids!

Early organisation was excellent, booking and payment made and number plate recognised on entry. Unfortunately when trying to leave I was charged £120 before the barrier would lift. Subsequent enquiries suggests that the number plate was not recognised hence the charge. I'm still waiting for the promised refund.

I booked my car in and an hour later, circumstances changed in that I couldn't use the slot. I asked for a refund, thinking that it had been less than an hour. I was told that wasn't possible given that your rules dictated that in the 24 hours before I might have arrived at the car park, it wasn't possible to refund. That's ridiculous given that all you did was take my money for nothing, in an act of usery. It is very unfair.

Was the worse parking experience was charged an extra 28.00 for a 3 day stay that amounted to over 100 I am looking for my booking form to get a refund . Was terrible but let’s face it no choice if I need to be at hand near an airport. I was tired after the journey I just wanted home
