“Parking at Edinburgh Airport used to be easy and in the long term car park there was a bus that would drop you off at the door of the terminal. Now if you want to use the long term car park you need to walk to the terminal and it's a fair distance. On this occasion we used what was called plane parking, which is even further away, but the bus can take you to the terminal, although it no longer drops you off at the door. We prepaid for parking and on exit, the machine wanted an extra £100 for the 2 days we had parked there. we pressed the help button and the £100 got cancelled but we weren't the only ones to get caught with this problem and a queue formed at the exit as drivers had to contact the help centre. I now avoid Edinburgh Airport where possible and use Glasgow instead - it's much better than Edinburgh.”

a small coach arrived and was quickly filled up and an uncomfortable journey ensued, this uncomfortable journey was repeated on the return journey.

“Usual drama in here. System didn't work and would not read plate on entry. Take a ticket and then was told £145 to exit. Spoke with attendant...usual disinterested engagement...eventually exiting after delayed and unfulfilled experience. Only thing worse about Edinburgh airport are the toxic staff at security. They take the buscuit with their consistent and sustained rudeness and aggressiveness towards customers. Least the car park guy was pleasant enough.”

“Parked in the wrong car park and got charged £180 for 5 days on top of original payment. Staff were very rude and kept me waiting with no response for 15 minutes with my young kids including a newborn. Will never use again”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“I’d give them no stars if i could. Appalling service . Booked parking for a holiday break. Paid the fee and received receipt and confirmation of dates and times.Bus picked us up and dropped off at terminal. All good. Return and departure from Edinburgh Airport plane parking absolute disaster. No indication or direction provided for bus pick up point. Eventually got back to car at 02:20AM .Drove to barrier inserted ticket and the system wouldn’t let me out- saying I had an excess of £225.00 to pay despite being within confirmed dates and times. So, long flight and locked in car park at 20 past two in the morning. Press so called button on machine several times to alledgedly be put through to customer support.lEither no one was there or they couldn’t be bothered to answer. No other ways of contacting this company. Eventually got out by other means. Searched online through their useless email website info for ways to contact and. discuss the predicament EDINBURGH AIRPORT Parking had left me in - Nothing. These charlatans are uncontactable. They have a couple of phone numbers on ther FB pages and on google but these phone numbers are not in service. Best i could do was a FB messenger business message. Usual BOT response say thanks for reaching out.Havent heard a peep. . Steer clear of these people. I’m pretty sure most of their customers manage alright but when it goes wrong Edinburgh Airport Parking are knowhete to be found.Ill probably never use that airport to fly again. Bit of rant -Hey Ho.”

“I dropped off my car at Fastpark at Edinburgh airport on the 18th of April.
I took a screenshot of my mileage when I left the car with you which was 3729.
In my return on the 22nd of April I picked up my keys from the Blue Locker and went to my car.
When I turned on the ignition the mileage now read 3766.
As it states on your website cars are parked on airport grounds after drop off.
Someone has been using my car to drive 47 miles between me dropping it off and picking it back up.
I would like someone to give me an answer as to why this was the case.

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal.
Our Plane Parking car park has a shuttle bus which runs between the car park and Terminal approximately every 12 minutes.
Our team are aware that during adverse weather puddles can form within the walking route. We are currently looking into the most suitable solution to rectify the issue. Please accept our apologises for any inconvenience caused.

“Upon trying to leave the car park our ticket failed to open the barrier despite being pre booked & paid in full. The massage at the exit said we were due £180.00!! Not what you want after a delayed arrival and this was not the 1st time this has occurred”
“Directions to parking great. It said it does number plate recognition. Got on the bus from terminal. Bus driver says to everyone on the bus- if the barriers don’t open and they say you owe money don’t pay it just press intercom. Hot to barrier says I owed £150. Pressed intercom - took 5 mins for someone to come - asked me for my number plate - took him a significant amount of time to find it - at the same time the man next to me having same issue. Clearly keeping your ticket and number plate recognition neither works - very poor.”

If your vehicle registration and booking reference isn't printed on your ticket then you would need to press the intercom at the exit barrier and a member of the car parking team will be able to assist.
