Parking near the terminal great, but £25 for 2 hours is a total rip off! Edinburgh airport needs to provide a cheaper alternative for airport pick ups

As poor as ever. This time compounded by a mistake of my own. I precooked a shorter period in the long stay than I intended. It still cost a horrible amount. After a flight delay I faced an additional £55 fee to exit the car park. £55 for 3 hours in long stay? Rip off. Poor signage, payment station (no 4) not working and you seem to have to pay for a trolly now! Really not acceptable.

They didn’t have a note of my booking, despite me booking in advance and prepaying £159.99. Despite me explaining this to the person on the barrier intercom, I had to pay £385 to get out of the car park. I was told that I would have to take it up afterwards. That was almost 4 weeks ago and they still haven’t refunded me my money, despite agreeing it would. E refunded. They should be paying penalty interest. Rubbish service. And to charge you £1 to use a trolley is pathetic and ridiculous…. The airport used to be good. It’s now rubbish. £7 to drop some off too, outrageous and should be prohibited. They have in effect a monopoly situation and are using it to fleece people

I was charged an extra £55 after my flight was delayed for 17 hours. When I booked the car park I included the flight details so they would’ve known about the delay.

Embarrassing as one of the first things tourists see in Scotland. Lifts don’t work, needs work done and a good clean. Far to expensive….

Just a cheap parking space for airport. No shuttle bus. You need to carry all your baggage by yourself. Hope will be solved soon. That was my first time. Finding the place was very hard for me. That was better to pin a Google Map location with the reservation.

Stay was fine it was the fact I was charged a extra £25 when I came out saying I was late the flight was not much later as you are ment to have a 2 hour window I have emailed about this with no response yet 😡

I have been charged twice for my stay. The money has been taken out my bank twice for the same period of stay. I have tried to contact yourselves with no joy. I arrived back in the UK got to the barrier and the barrier never lifted even though I had two bookings For some reason and pay twice did get resolved from the intercom system. I did try to talk to the people in the car park sitting behind the counter which were absolutely diabolical. One of them was on his phone texting whilst speaking to me which I found very rude I would like you to contact me , regarding this matter and to refund my money regarding the second charge which is taken out of my bank for whatever reason I do not know you my contact number is (07470) 060569 thank you

We had accidentally booked one day less than we needed and were charged £70 on exiting the car park. For one day! I've used this facility a fair bit, but was very annoyed by this high extra charge.

Prepaid for multi storey. On departure the barrier would not open demanded £30. Help desk would not answer for ages. They can see me on cctv but wanted registration number and booking details. I was stressed already. Don't need this. I should just be allowed to leave as I have prepaid. I have used other airport parking where reg Number recognised and barrier opens. Next time I will park at a private car park company round the corner.At least there is a person to talk to there.

Very poor. Paid £19.99 for 3 hours parking. Left within 3 hour window and was charged an extra £18 at the barrier. Really poor website and clarification of rules around parking as I have now almost paid for the parking twice.

Expensive technology not fit for purpose. Second time it’s has not read mummy number plate and then tried to charge me money on a pre pay ticket as I left before my expired time. Does not fill one with confidence about the whole experience

Having broke down in my car on way to airport , I tried to contact plane paking to let them know, I wouldnt make it , as my car was abandoned . Obviously as you have asked me for feedback , you dont realise I never got to use your fascility.

On both occasions I have used this, I have needed to use the call button on exit. The first time the system mixed up a cancelled reservation with my live one. They were for different parking areas! The second time when I was trying to leave it asked me for £100 when I was clearly in the correct parking area and the booking was valid and paid for. It can’t be hard to get this right?

As usual not a good experience. This time my ticket was unreadable usually it’s the camera can’t read my number plate. Eventually I work out how to get help on intercom after an interrogation of 1000 questions as to what I was doing wrong they agreed to been told my booking reference and number plate and allowed us leave. This is not unusual for us as everytime we try to exit there’s some kind of issue. The price to park our car cost more than 2 return flights to Spain at least provide a service that works.
