The exit route needs better signage at night. And why was I charged an extra £7.50 to leave the car park.

Terrible customer service, barrier didn't lift at exiting the carpark. Took several minutes before someone answered the intercom, to then be questioned on whether or not I had a booking or paid for parking at all. Ridiculous.

Having used the multi story parking before, this time I tried the 'fast park' valet option. I'd STRONGLY recommend you don't. It's poorly thought out and has failures thoroughout the process.

Terrible I went to the right car park and was charged £150 upon leaving after having booked and paid £40 in advance. I would like to ask for a refund however there is no place that I can see to do this on the Airport website. This is very disappointing. I would not choose to fly from Edinburgh airport again because of this.

Regardless that I pre booked and paid online, on exiting was charged £130 due to my easyjet flight being delayed and exiting the car park 36mins later than my booking departure time.

Very poor that there is no transport from the end of the car park to the terminal..rain bucketing down and got soaked before my flight !! Can imagine how old folk feel having to park at the back of this car park and travel to the terminal. There should be some form of covered transport, like a TukTuk or something..doesn't have to be a bus, even a battery operated transport shuttle mini bus maybe 🤷‍♂️ Poor show.

After overstaying my booking by less than four hours, the barrier charged me £120 to get out. They then send me a request for a review - are they mental? Their own website says the overstaying charges are the same as the drive up charges - which is £55 for four hours. This kind of gouging is typical of all our public services these days. I certainly won't be back.

OVERCHARGED £55. I assume I have been charged as if I did not pre book parking. Not happy with the service, returned home from a funeral late at night to have to pay an extra £55. Disappointed that I went to the right car park, walked to the airport and walked back to the car park, as stated in my agrrement when I pre booked only to have to pay another £55 and alsoleave me having to attempt to get my money back, possibly to no avail, but I hope this can be rectified.

Parked my vehicle for 7 nights whilst on holiday. Cam back to find another vehicle parked beside had smashed there door against mine leaving a massive dent in mine there paint was on my dent and mine on edge of there door. Trying to contact airport parking to find anything out regarding security and if they have cctv available etc is near impossible. Automated service can’t speak to a human and if you want to you are charged per minute and go through a call forward waiting system and after a long time hanging on the line no one answers. Spaces are small several cars parked on yellow lines and no one working on site controlling the free for all parking.

The system didn’t work properly, so my licence plate wasn’t recognised when I arrived and the ticket barrier wanted to charge me £355 for the week when I tried to leave - not a great experience!

Very unclear signing - I was unsure where on earth I was allowed to park within the long stay. It was random letters and unclear which zones were for which type of parking. Poured with rain and freezing cold on my outgoing and incoming flight days and I’m a single parent with a 4 year old so it was awful not having a shuttle bus. I also found manoeuvring out of the car park incredibly cumbersome. I’m a fairly confident driver but the angles of your exit and entry are ridiculous and dodgy. I scraped my car badly trying to exit on Wednesday evening. It was late dark and rainy and the whole area by the exit was poorly lit. It was very difficult to see the islands/kerb in between each lane. I’ll never use this car park again as it was expensive and stressful.

I absolutely do not recommend this parking! If your flight gets canceled over the weekend, you have no way to cancel your reservation or get a refund. Customer service is only available during specific hours, which completely ignore time zone differences—if you’re already in another zone, there’s no way to contact them. On top of that, there’s no option to manage your reservation online, leaving customers completely stranded. A total lack of flexibility and respect for clients. Avoid at all costs!

Turned up at gate, did not open automatically as it should have. I buzzed for a while to get in, someone finally answered and I explained I was booked in and I was given a ticket and let in. When I went to leave, the gate again failed to open, I put in the ticket, and I was told I had to pay £150, buzzed and I was eventually let out.
