I’d give them no stars if i could. Appalling service . Booked parking for a holiday break. Paid the fee and received receipt and confirmation of dates and times.Bus picked us up and dropped off at terminal. All good. Return and departure from Edinburgh Airport plane parking absolute disaster. No indication or direction provided for bus pick up point. Eventually got back to car at 02:20AM .Drove to barrier inserted ticket and the system wouldn’t let me out- saying I had an excess of £225.00 to pay despite being within confirmed dates and times. So, long flight and locked in car park at 20 past two in the morning. Press so called button on machine several times to alledgedly be put through to customer support.lEither no one was there or they couldn’t be bothered to answer. No other ways of contacting this company. Eventually got out by other means. Searched online through their useless email website info for ways to contact and. discuss the predicament EDINBURGH AIRPORT Parking had left me in - Nothing. These charlatans are uncontactable. They have a couple of phone numbers on ther FB pages and on google but these phone numbers are not in service. Best i could do was a FB messenger business message. Usual BOT response say thanks for reaching out.Havent heard a peep. . Steer clear of these people. I’m pretty sure most of their customers manage alright but when it goes wrong Edinburgh Airport Parking are knowhete to be found.Ill probably never use that airport to fly again. Bit of rant -Hey Ho.
