“Absolutely superb hassle free parking drop car off and go then it’s there for when you get back.will be using this car park every time I go away now.so simple to use and takes away the stress of driving around trying to find a space and it’s less than 1min walk to terminal”

“We used the multi-storey car park for a short break, really easy to book, get parked and loved the added bonus of fast track security. Coming back was just as easy and were back on the road quickly after getting off the flight. All at a very reasonable price. Booked again for our main holiday. Would definitely recommend.”

“Easy entry and exit once you get to the car park. The signage at the nearest roundabout to mid stay is awful. You would need to have parked there before to know where to go. The litter should also be cleaned up. This was poor.”

“Parking at Edinburgh Airport used to be easy and in the long term car park there was a bus that would drop you off at the door of the terminal. Now if you want to use the long term car park you need to walk to the terminal and it's a fair distance. On this occasion we used what was called plane parking, which is even further away, but the bus can take you to the terminal, although it no longer drops you off at the door. We prepaid for parking and on exit, the machine wanted an extra £100 for the 2 days we had parked there. we pressed the help button and the £100 got cancelled but we weren't the only ones to get caught with this problem and a queue formed at the exit as drivers had to contact the help centre. I now avoid Edinburgh Airport where possible and use Glasgow instead - it's much better than Edinburgh.”

“Excellent service, car park was very close to the main terminal, so easy to use both dropping the car off and picking it up fully charged on my return.”

“We appreciate the convenience and like the new option to have our EV charged. What would make it better is to have dedicated parking bays for families at pick up. The space can be a bit tight around the car, which makes it very difficult to get children in their car seats, especially when there is only one adult travelling with them.”

“Long stay parking was reasonably priced but a fair distance for those older or possibly with minor injury. Might be money to be made putting in scooters or bikes to hire at locations along the main walkways.”
