“Tomasz was exceptionally helpful when we found our key battery was flat on our return at 10:45pm!
However, not for the first time in Fast Park, our car was parked in the space furthest from the terminal!!”
“Despite a confirmed booking we had trouble entering the car park. Once we had spoken to someone they lifted the barrier and we were able to park. In returning to exit the parking 10 days later the ticket machine said we were due £567 in order to exit! Again we spoke to someone and they lifted the barrier but this was a stressful situation after a long day of travel.”

Comment:- only one entrance barrier open for cars, inadvertently went into coach lane, had to reverse as did bus behind me to allow me to go into car lane, why couldn't bus lane be used?”
