“We used FastPark this time, and this worked really well for us.
You pull up in a lane, similar to a car hire return, unload, and head through the drop off point to leave your keys. On return, you go to a screen, pop in the code given to you when you dropped the keys off, and it tells you where your car is parked, and keys are ready in a numbered box.
Cars are very close to the terminal building, though not covered. Fast efficient system, we would definitely use again.”

“I used the Plane Parking at Edinburgh Airport and found it a very simple and cost effective process. Airport Parking is way too expensive everywhere but the plane parking is at least quite reasonable. It could possibly do with one more bus stop just next to the exit/entry barriers.”

“Never used previously but will certainly use again. Was thinking of parking car using external park and bus transfer site when I noticed Fastpark. Park vehicle right at terminal and leave car and just walk in to main terminal. Coming back was just as easy, scan ticket and pick up keys out of locker, both screen and key ring indicate vehicle location, again at nearest point to terminal. It was only £14 more that the shuttle bus service with no bus waiting time or transfer times. Glad I found it.”
“My Order ID was 7N4JCPB5Y. I paid £19.99 for a booking from 28 Mar 04.30 to 28 Mar 18.00, Car Reg MA15FCO.
On the day I arrived after 05.00am, going through the barrier at what I had assumed was the correct parking area for my booking.
On return to Edinburgh, I drove out of the car park after 16.00, anticipating that car registration recognition would raise the barier as I was well within my booked period. When the barrier did not rise, I called for the parking attendant at the gate. I told him that I had prepaid but I now appreciate that I may well have gone to the wrong zone. The atendant kindly raised the barrier and let me out.
Needless to say I am very grateful to the car parking atendant. Clearer direction to the area I had booked - perhaps an area marked on my booking form equating to road sign guidance to the same area as on my booking form, may help in the future.”
“Booking was easy finding a space was terrible and very tight to park in when i did, I also had made a mistake with my booking which granted was my fault and admitted it when i discovered it when trying to leave, i pressed the call button on the exit barrier and was answered by a member of staff eventually that was Arrogant and unhelpful this resulted in me paying another £25 for 10 hours parking, Which granted was my mistake but leaves me with no receipt for this.”
