But, the last two times, despite paying in advance, I've been asked by the machine to pay Ā£100+. I then have to use the intercom so that my booking can be verified and I can leave. Very frustrating at the end of a long journey.”

My only gripe is that whoever brought the car back for collection was clearly much smaller than me and did not put the seat back in anything approximating to its previous position. The result was that I could not get back into the car and had to adjust the seat backwards to do so....in the rain!”

“Third time I have used the multi storey car park. It's worth paying a little bit extra for the convenience of a short walk to and from the terminal. The added bonus of getting 5 passes included in the price makes it good value. Live getting back from holiday and walking straight to the car instead of having to wait on a bus. Will definitely use this car park in the future”
