“I always use the long stay car park at Edinburgh airport , the online booking system is very straightforward. It’s only a short walk to the airport building so convenient. Never had any hassle entering or leaving the car park until my last stay this week when I was asked to pay a whopping £340 at the barrier despite having paid for my 7 days car parking when I booked it online ! A bit annoying but it was dealt with by a staff member in their call centre.”
“Edinburgh airport fast park is great. Going through security on the way out is excellent, no delays. The problems always arise on arriving back into Edinburgh. Passport control is badly needing an update. 3 planes landed at around the same time, which meant hundreds of passengers to get through passport control, which only has 5 eGates and 3 manned booths. I've been through Tenerife and Malaga in the past few months, where they have at least 24 eGates working.
And even after a delay at passport control, you still have to wait ages for your baggage.”
“The booking process and availability of spaces was good, plus the proximity to the terminal is very convenient both for departures and arrivals. However, despite having memorised the directions (first time using the car park) the signage isn't very clear until you get to the roundabout. I ended up taking the wrong exit which gave me no choice but to enter the drop off zone, pay on exit then loop back to find the correct entry to the multi storey car park.”
“The parking is excellent. Easy to access, very close to the terminal and easy to leave. Confident the car is safe whilst away. Couldn’t ask for much more.”
“Great location, fast track to security, price was more than I expected this time, could do with being more competitive.
But please sort out the entry and exit to the multi storey, 2 lanes, one we couldn’t use, needed a pass, so had to reverse back to use the other lane.
Got a ticket as it recognised our registration, parked on top floor, but on the way out, we proceeded as directed to the exit, and AS USUAL it didn’t recognise our prebooking or registration and wanted to charge us £450 on top of £189. Had to summon help, as usual, the lovely man did say this is unusual, no it’s not, it happens every time!!!!!
On the way into this car park it clearly states pre booking only, why oh why, does it never recognise us!!

At the weekend Sat morning my booking said go to multistory , so took what `i thouhgh was the correct exist from roundabout
But vehicle entrnce from ground level into multistory was blocked - must be soemthing wrong with my reading of signage at 5am !!”
“Tell you about my stay? Terrible. I booked well in advance and paid £49.99 in advance of my disabled wife's booking (Flight to Rome). On return she was charged £60 due to a small error in the booking departure time. Time to review your customer care policy. And if I ever meet 'Lucy'......well.........
