“Unfortunately the parking team scuffed our paintwork when parking the car, so the most we can give is 2 star this time. We generally find them a good service. The company have contacted us and have agreed to pay for the repairs although the time and effort to obtain and submit quotes is substantial and a real hasstle.”
“Easy to use, dropped off the car at a very close proximity to the airport entrance, so no need to catch the bus. Helpful staff on hand to assist. Scan to collect the keys - so no waiting about.
Only had one issue - large car and no space to open car doors! Other cars had been parked so close my husband had to climb through boot to get in!”
“We used Fastpark, which was quick and easy dropping the car off. Staff on hand to keep me right when parking up close to the terminal. Not so straightforward coming back. People were scanning tickets and taking their keys from individual boxes but I scanned my ticket which said to go to the office. Luckily even at midnight there was a member of staff on hand as the office isn't clearly signposted, tucked away behind a set of doors. I was told there were no bays for my car so it had been parked further away. We waited while another member of staff went to bring our car round to us. Probably quicker than wandering around a car park trying to find where I'd left it, but not the quick and easy experience I was sold.”

“Unfortunately when we turned up to leave we were presented with a £175 charge on the screen despite having prepaid. The operator did check for us and the barrier opened thankfully .There was no explanation given as to why there was an issue and I am stressed and constantly checking incase a charge now appears on my card.”
