“The car park is great, but the signs to get into it are not. I found it hard to notice the grey colour in amongst all the other bright colours for the other parking areas. Greyed out is usually something not to be bothered with. Please change the colour or the font on the signs.”

“Fastpark offers a superb service. Book in online,pay and then just drive in. Register your arrival, put keys in a chute and take ticket. On returning, go to coloured boxes. Scan your code, and your key is released with instructions on wha position your car is parked. Very friendly staff. Smooth operation.”

“Great parking option when you don’t want to bus it to the airport car parks as you are right next to drop off. Must book early as it’s overpriced otherwise. Could do with more exit signs as in the dark, we found it difficult to navigate and were going round in circles for a bit before we found the exit. Exit signs above the barriers would be ideal or at least another sign after the last exit sign would help.”

“The only downside is that ariving in EDI is a bit frustrating for people without luggage. There should be a quicker way to get through passport control, so that we can go straight past the bagage claim and into our car to drive home asap. I was unlucky enough to have 2 planes opening to the passport control at almost the same time. Ours was seconds later, so I was stuck in a massive line. I also had very inconciderate folks infront of me mumbling that everyone has to wait for the baggage anyways. Little do they know. Maybe some education and a way for single travelers to get through quicker would be helpful. I recently flew to and from Munich and Basel. In comparison to Basel Airport, EDI is a lot easier to navigate through. You can find your way fairly simple and the signs are very clear. In Basel a lot of vital signs where missing and you had no idea where the bus stop was. In comparison to Munich Airport, EDI is a lot better organised. Munich felt like chaos, both as ariving and also when departing.”
