“I have used this service many times, unfortunately on my return journey on 30 Oct 26 at approximately 1540 hrs, the driver was extremely unhelpful, almost to the point of being obnoxious.
He refused to open the front doors of the bus which meant that passengers really struggled to get on to the bus with their luggage and then they were having to double back on other passengers who were trying to get on to deposit their luggage. In addition due to passengers struggling with space and having pushchairs, etc, some of us ended up manhandling lots of luggage to get the coach loaded, this would have been avoided if the front doors were open. The whole experience put me off this service.
On arriving at the car par, I asked the driver to open both doors, which he did begrudgingly.
I would be like the company to remind the driver of coach SG25 AVF, that fee paying customers keep him in a job, this was not a good customer service or experience.”
“Parking in the multi storey is expensive however it includes access to fast track security and is also closest to the airport meaning no long walks or buses to pick the car up.”
“First time in using this parking travelling from Manchester. Was very sceptical about it but absolutely seamless and perfect and safe. Would definately recommend and use again. Simple drive in get the bus and you’re off. No issues at all very well located too. Hint. Just check how to get there. I ended up driving through a pickup zone costing me £8.50 but that’s my fault I guess so I just paid it.”
“Easy to book on the system. Plenty of parking. Only negative is that in spite of pre-booking at the multi story on trying to leave it was saying I owed £510.00. Soon rectified hopefully nothing comes of it”
“Good price, good instructions. Bus arrived shortly after we parked and shortly after our arrival back in Edinburgh.
Close to the airport, only a short bus ride.”
“Great service to use in getting through from dropping your car off then dropping off your keys and getting your ticket for ypur return to collect your car.

Only critique would be the bus is of poor design in terms of multiple people boarding with luggage. Board, stow luggage, turn to move to seats, passage blocked by more customers with bags.”
