“Parking fine, but where are the trolleys to transport your luggage? Parked on level 4 and no trolleys whatsoever. Another example of Edinburgh airport management extracting every last penny from their customers, with reduced service the consequence . Not to mention their passenger drop off costs!”
“I’ve parked at Plane Parking several times over the last few years and I won’t park bc anywhere else now. The parking spaces are big enough and I always find a spot pretty quickly. The shuttle bus runs frequently enough to and from the airport and I like the fact that it head it’s own separate pick up and drop off point away from the other buses, so it’s always pretty quickly. If you have an early morning flight, I’ve also used the twilight vag drop facility the night before as well, which is great. Highly recommended.”
“Return customer, happy with the parking service. Only thing I can say is to improve booking system. I couldn't find my confirmation email and tried to enter booking details to have confirmation email resent. System said no booking was made under my email/dates/registration. In panic thinking I hadn't actually booked - I booked again, the system didn't stop me doing this, when my email/dates/registration was actually already booked in. The night before travel i got 2 x emails with different booking references so cancelled the newest one and kept the original booking that the system said didn't exist when I tried to enter my details to retrieve copy of email confirmation.”
“Fast park is a joke! We will NEVER use again! We have often used this service in the past. This time however my husband inadvertently left money in the arm rest compartment of his car. When we returned the money had been stollen most likely by either the person who parked or returned the car. Immediately we contacted Edinburgh Airport car parking both by phone and feedback form. One week later and they have yet to respond. Disgusted that they regard their customers with such contempt. What a shower!!! The matter is now in the hands of the police.”
“Despite pre booking the barrier my number plate was not recognised and the barrier did not go up. The contact bell push did not work. I tried phoning and got no reply. Eventually the barrier went up and gained access to the car park. I also experienced the same situation when trying to leave”
“Very easy to find, plenty spaces. Only problem felt there could have been more stops for Bus needed to walk a fair bit with cases to bis stop on stoney road”
