“Fast Park is an excellent service, quick and easy, with friendly and efficient staff. My only gripe is that whoever brought the car back for collection was clearly much smaller than me and did not put the seat back in anything approximating to its previous position. The result was that I could not get back into the car and had to adjust the seat backwards to do so....in the rain!”

Very convenient and easy to use. Drop-off and collection were smooth, and being close to the terminal makes it a stress-free option overall.
However, as this is a valet-style service where you leave your keys, I was concerned to find my car had been driven approximately 2 miles during the parking period. There is no clear information provided upfront about how far vehicles may be moved, which raises questions around transparency.

“Third time I have used the multi storey car park. It's worth paying a little bit extra for the convenience of a short walk to and from the terminal. The added bonus of getting 5 passes included in the price makes it good value. Live getting back from holiday and walking straight to the car instead of having to wait on a bus. Will definitely use this car park in the future”
“I prebooked a slot and on arrival the barriers were up all the time so people were driving through. On exit week later the barrier would not open, I had to buzz for help and they checked my details were correct then I could go. Happened once before recently, maybe this has been fixed since.”

There for not only have I paid for a one day long stay, I then paid a further £90 as the car park didn’t allow me to exit via my already paid for ticket slip.”
