“Easy to park and get to the airport”

“The first time we've used Edinburgh airport but it all went very smoothly. Parked up and the transfer bus came within 5 minutes and dropped us at terminal. On return the bus stop is very well sign posted and again bus came after a couple of minutes. The only hitch was ANPR didn't work and after inserting ticket it wanted to charge £170 but pressing the call button quickly resolved this.”

“The whole operation was slick. Our return was delayed 24 hours by a French air traffic controllers strike. We emailed the parking company about the delay and the necessary additional charges were easily paid for on claiming our keys.”

“Couldn't get any closer to airport.We arrived in the small hours of the morning but there was staff on hand to help and our big concern was that nobody would be there should we have a problem.Great not to have to drive about trying to find a space.really straightforward and would happily use again.”

“Parking fine. Space found fairly quickly. However ANPR not working as left. Rather shocked to be told owed a massive amount. The staff answering the buzzer were excellent and soon sorted this out.”

“The process was easy. Assistance as we arrived and parked up. Also assistance at Reception. Was not great signage from arrivals to carpark and the signage for exiting out of the carpark was not sufficient, was a bit confusing for someone who's never used it before.”

“Parked in the wrong car park and got charged £180 for 5 days on top of original payment. Staff were very rude and kept me waiting with no response for 15 minutes with my young kids including a newborn. Will never use again”

“Great experience of using the mid-stay car park for a 4 day trip away. A bit more expensive than the park & shuttle bus options but a lot less hassle & a very short walk from airport. No need to wait on a shuttle bus to pick you up first thing in morning or end of day when it’s usually freezing. Worth its weight in gold lol. Will definitely use again 😊”
