“My husband is 91, I've got health issues, parking close to the airport and being to get to our car after coming back from a trip is wonderful, so easy. Although there is an expense, it is very much worth it to us.”
“Good parking services however I noticed as our key fob run out of battery the car was left unlocked for 2 weeks of our stay (even though there is w manual key in the fob to use in this case).”
“Easy process. Found space and bus arrived as we were unloading the cases. Driver stopped to wait for us. Didn’t have long to wait for bus on return journey. Was grateful for 2 hour grace period as our return flight was delayed. Reasonably long walk to terminal from drop off point with bags which might not be suitable for all.”
“I was a bit annoyed at what I consider excessive overstay charges. My flight was cancelled and I arrived a couple of days later to find a charge nearly the same as what I paid for 5 days parking. To add insult to injury for some unexplained reason I got hit with another charge to exit the car park.”
“Perfect... fast park is brilliant easy to go in and go out one ticket for all and very helpful staff. Price maybe little bit high but worth. I will use fast park again”
“Arrival good. On return the keys were not where they should have been. We were told to speak to Reception. Nothing obviously labelled as such. We along with others were eventually sorted when somebody turned up and produced the keys - 'we haven't had time to put them in the lockers'.”
“While the location of the multi is good, again, and has been for some time, there are no luggage trolleys available in the carpark which is not good when you have 4 suitcases and two hand pieces of luggage to transport to check in.
Plus it would be usefull to have overhead red and green lights to highlight avalable parking places.”
“When we arrived at the car park the barrier did not open automatically. My husband mistakenly pressed the button for a ticket, instead of the button for help. We drove round for a few mins before deciding to exit and try again at a different entrance barrier. We were charged £7, so we were very glad we decided to exit and try again! So if the barrier you try to enter by doesn't open, reverse and try another one. As the second barrier we tried opened automatically after reading our registration plate. There were very limited spaces available also.”
“Use parket facilities at least 4 times a year, fast park this time we were met by a grumpy employee but next attendent was lovely.
Keys not ready on return and when eventually got a staff member to answer the door he said it was due to no disabled parking spaces left (there were 3) so hold up for the return of our vehicle”
