“Overall we had the usual good service, but was a bit confused why on exiting the car park we were issued with a ticket for an extra £10 charge when we were still well within the time booked. We did contact from the gate on leaving and did not have to pay. Also feel that when returning to our vehicle that there is always something that has been altered i.e. radio, heater or a/c. Would still use in future.”

“We have used this parking facility several times know both my wife and I hve walking impairments and we both use Mobility decices a scooter and a electric wheelchair its and cann access assisted travel once we have dropped of car.
to do this is simple you drive in car gets photographed you are directed to a parkiong area where you then go into where keys are dropped off there is always someone there to assist if required you book in on touch screen then a label is printed you attache thsi to your keys and drop them in a drop box it also records if you havea blue badge and on your return you keep the printed ticket which onece you put your details into the touch screen a box lights up where your key is go to car. leave car park excellant and convenient service
i would suggest that you book well in advance as i diont understand why I was charged over £100 for the same 14 day period a massive difference between May 2026 and july/August 2026 this is disapointing as its then about excessive profit and not customer service I did email asking if they could reduce the cost as a disabled veteran of our Armed forces was sent an email late offering reduced rates if i sigh up to mailing list”
