“This is the first time we have used your fast parking and on arrival there were staff around to help with booking in etc.
on return it was a little confusing as the way you exit the airport your facility is poorly signed. We did eventually find the boxes to retrieve our keys and get to our car.”
“Love the valet parking facility so easy to book then arrive drop car and keys head away without a worry and on return scan receipt keys are in a secure box and collect car takes 5 mins for drop off and collecting on return well worth the price which is also super reasonable”
“Found the signage very difficult to read. I think it's a terrible idea to have the font and background colours so close to each other, for example, the white font on pale blue for the Mid Stay option. The use of italic for the word 'Mid' is also not recommended on 'normal' road signs.”
“Convenient place to park and reasonably competitive prices. I made the mistake of using the Mid Stay this time though and would not do that again. The Mid Stay only has one exit and somebody blocked it taking ages to pay. Much faster to use the cheaper Long Stay which is what I usually do.”
“What a absolutley amazing experience....to the guy who took us through the parking procedure ,and the guy that we met on parking our car on arrival....to the pick up off keys when we arrived..loved it...restored my faith in human nature..!!”
“Very convenient and close to terminals.
Only downside is that the system when you exit not recognising vehicle number and you have to use the button on the barrier to contact someone to let you out(if a not a big deal because it’s took about 15-20 seconds but if there is more cars behind you or in front of you this wouldn’t be ideal)”
“Easy parking, helpful staff at 6am. Quick key pick up and car found easily. Slight issue with leaving, did not lift barrier and ticket issued. Helpful buzzer at 2nd barrier and spoke to operator fee waived then through and home.”
“Small hiccup on leaving, the ticket machine at the barrier said we owed £190 when we had prepaid! Thankfully this was rectified with the help button and our booking info.”
