“First time used electric parking… no space initially despite booking. Quite confusing to use but really helpful member of staff assisted. Upon return unable to end session of charge, tried helpline in charger no response. No staff could assist.”
“You go trough a car scanner when you go in to check any faults on the car but when u leave you don’t go trough it 🧐 so what if I got a scratch or dent from when my car was parked .

“I am bitterly disappointed with my long stay car park experience at Edinburgh Airport. I made the mistake of indicating the wrong day of return, for the one day mistake I was charged £55. For a 7 day holiday I indicated an 8 day stay due to an overnight flight (19th to 26th August) and for which I paid £34.99 for parking. I think a one day extra stay of £55 is very excessive indeed considering the cost of an 8 day stay. When booking, you are asked for flight numbers. Anyone checking would see that the flight number did not match the time I said I would be leaving. I appreciate I made a mistake and would happily pay for my mistake, but the price I have had to pay for this mistake is out of proportion, it is absolutely shocking.”
“The parking was superb and would recommend. Would note the price has doubled from two years ago. In fact it went up by 50% from this booking in August to my next one only a month later at the end of September. Decided not fly fro Edinburgh next August on this basis”
“Terminal Parking is very close to the airport building - a very easy walk. However, note that the directions are wrong, it says to go left at the roundabout when in fact it is striaght ahead. It wasn't obvious how to get from the car park to the building, I only knew this because I was familiar with Edinburgh Airport.”
