“We pre paid terminal parking. On arrival the camera read a C instead of G on the car registration. On exit the machine said we had £270 to pay. Assistance did sort this for us.”
“Been using this a lot recently and really good , bus drivers are always very considerate we used to use the parking that you could walk to but have struggled a couple of times to get a space would recommend this parking the spaces are a big bigger too”
“Very easy parking, no hassle having to drop off car keys. Get an automated ticket at the entrance, find a space and that’s it. Walk a few seconds the nearest bus pick up spot and in a few minutes you are at the terminal. Same on the way back.”
“used this parking several times now and will continue to do so. easy to book. finding space was not an issue. only a few minutes til bus arrived. we had a delay so we're late picking up car. I thought I'd have to pay extra to exit but this did not happen. deffo recommend using this parking and it's cheaper than most”
“Always great service. This time the location of my car flashed up on the screen but it disappeared before I had registered it. The number handwritten on the key tag was a bit illegible so I had to ask staff for help. I will know next time to watch the screen more closely. I also lost my ticket while abroad but I had taken a photo and the key locker scanner registered the photo. I also had to press the help button on exit- that’s new - why didn’t the machine recognise my reg number. I will always book FastPark except when they hike up their prices for no obvious reason .”
“We used the mid stay car pary at Edinburgh airport again as it is extremely easy to find a car space you are happy to leave your car in for the duration of its stay.
After taking the wrong turn off this time and met with police blue flashing lights to tell us to turn around we have now imprinted that you take the roundabout at the Doubletree Hilton and take the exity for the Trams.
Lesson Learned, otherwise te mid stay car parking facility is an excellent option.”
“Fast Park at Edinburgh is, is my opinion, the best available. Book in advance and the whole process from number plate recognition when you enter to collecting your car on return is so easy. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.”
“I made two bookings for the car park and both encountered problems when arriving. The registration number was not recognised and we had to wait for some time for the assistance phone to be answered. exiting the car park was problem free.”
