“Upon trying to leave the boom gate would not open as it said I owed £90. When I asked I got an argumentative member of staff through the intercom telling what I did wrong. I turned out I had the audacity to take a ticket upon entry as the gate did not / would not open. Eventually I was allowed to leave. This was despite me following the same process and park in the same place as always.”

“Our inital parking sinage was very poor and we ended up through wrong barrier at dropoff and went straight though to a charge of £8 we had paid 7 dys at £72 which we booked upon booking holiday but due to jet2 cancelling our flight home from malta on 12th aug we extended our parking 24 hours which cost a extra £30! Only to find we were again delayed and rerouted which was stressful/horrendous but could not contact anyone or extend again on returning home finally after stressfull few days on 14th at 330am we were charged further extra £20 this is a ridiclous extra cost.”

Received booking conformation as soon as I paid. When I tried to exit the Car park the barrier do not open and the display said I had a charge of £220, I found this very stressful. I had to speak to an operator who opened the barrier.”
