“Great value parking, only a 1-2 minute walk from departures, and easy to find. Spaces are plenty big enough and an indicator on each level gives information around the number of available spaces on that level.”

Paid £94.49 to park my car for two weeks. However my flight on the way back was delayed and we landed back about 20:00. We had the car booked in for collection at 16:30 and in the booking it states "As long as you collect your car within 6 hours of the exit time stated on your booking, there will be no extra fee". So why then did Edinburgh fastpark charge me an extra £7 to exit the car park at 21:26 which was within the 6 hours stated on my booking? 6 hours would mean that we had until 22:30 to exit the car park!”
“Great being in multi story , nice & easy to get too, price was high but I was very last minute ,car was how I left it perfect , spaces are a good size close to airport , easy to get in and out when prepaid ! would definitely use again only plan my timing better and earlier next time”
“Arriving at the airport, I followed signage for "terminal parking" to a point where suddenly all reference to "terminal parking" stopped. I assumed i'd missed a turn or something but I couldn't turn around so carried on. I ended up in what I assumed was the wrong carpark,but a member of staff confirmed I was in the correct carpark. This was needlessly stressful, signage should be better.
On arriving back from our trip, there was zero signage for "terminal parking" with walkways going off in different directions for "short stay, medium stay,long stay" I had no idea which one Terminal parking fell under so ended up in the wrong place. This was 2am after a delayed flight so it was extra frustrating.”
“We used Fast Park for the first time on this trip and the system all worked. However, the key for our car is a smart card which we had put in a screened wallet with a tag so it could be labelled as any other key or fob. On return trying to extract the wallet from the key box proved extremely difficult with my wife using fer small fingers to eventually extract it. The machine was giving warnings about taking the key and closing the box but fortunately did not try to force closure. Some guidance on how to provide key cards rather than fobs/keys would be helpful.”
“Initially I thought it was an excellent service, friendly and helpul staff but on getting my car home I discovered paint damage (chip) on the rear drivers side door as well as a small scratch in the same area. The car is only weeks old and hasnt been left in any other car park to this point.”
