“Arriving at the Carpark was great no problems. When we arrived back the barrier would not lift and we had to pay another £65 nit what you want at1:30 in the morning. Can’t get a number to contact them”
“I prebooked terminal parking for my wife’s weekend in Paris, flying from Edinburgh. The ticket she received at the barrier on entry did not have her registration and booking reference on it. So on exiting the car park she was charged £155 to leave. She couldn’t find a help button and there was no one around to help. As there were cars queuing be hind her, she became flustered and duly used paid the charge using her debit card. The registration number is K300AYE and the booking reference is IGLYXQJFF. So the camera at the barrier didn’t pick up her number plate, the printing quality is very poor (particularly on the receipt) and there was no help available on exit.”
“What we thought was the correct Carpark after using the postcode in Google maps was clearly not….after leaving the carpark after our week away we had to pay £178 to get out of the barrier on top of what I’d already pre-paid so just be careful and don’t make our mistake.”

“Tried to change my registration of car for an existing booking and it charged me to do this by cancelling my original and charging me more for the same dates. All I wanted to do was to change my reg. I also cancelled my free upgrade that I had to the multi. Can’t speak to anyone on the phone. It all has to be done on the website. Not happy.”
“Shocking!! Car parking itself was absolutely fine. Pre booked and paid for parking. Late departing by 45 minutes due to flight being delayed. Was charged £221 when trying to leave. Now having to contact my office on Monday so they can contact you for a refund.”
“I’m very frustrated with Edinburgh Airport Parking. I booked for 6 weeks. I had my flights cancelled two days in a row, eventually being told by the airline to go home. I then waited 4 hours for bags that never left the gate, and the left the airport after being parked for only 2 days of my 6 week booking. Edinburgh Parking refused to consider a prorated refund. You of course cited Ts&Cs, as you have a right to do. But considering the ghastly circumstances and the fact that the car park was not full (and this I was not taking up a spot that could otherwise have been sold), I am shocked you feel entitled to hundreds of pounds of my money for a service that is unusable for fault that is not my own. It’s inhuman even if it’s covered by Ts&Cs.”
“I booked in a hurry the night before and think I put my morning flight time in instead of my parking arrival time. I was ripped off £40 extra on leaving, even thought the full day rate is £19.99 (which I’d already paid in advance)

“I paid £30.00 to park for 1 night !! and when i arrived we learned that the transfer bus had been discontinued !! scandelous !!had to walk to the terminal building,soaked.
There was no notification of this when i booked online.I have used this car park many many times going on business trips and my business staff also used the facility but we won't be using it again! Far too expensive and very much not user friendly.”
“Departure for holidays was perfect.. arrival no car there at 2am due to staff shortage then found out a member of staff had damaged our car badly when parking it… eventually we are now working with the insurance company to get repair done but this is still three weeks since damage occurred and still no sign of a date for repair..”
“My Eurowings flight was cancelled 8 hours before departure, I could therefore not cancel my booking 12 hours before entering the car park. I wrote to you and asked if you would consider a refund or at least a voucher. To date I have not received any reply from you which I find very unsatisfactory.”
