“Absolutely superb hassle free parking drop car off and go then it’s there for when you get back.will be using this car park every time I go away now.so simple to use and takes away the stress of driving around trying to find a space and it’s less than 1min walk to terminal”

“The only negative thing is the wee map to find the park, better I'd we could find in Google maps or waze. Positive, plane was late, I pick the car 20m after time and no charges. Thank you”

“Better weather just as dirty as departure but with humour! The rubbish bin at the bus stop for plane parking did not have a plastic bag, result people places their rubbish on top of the lid and on the ground. Great first impression for visitors.”

“Slick, easy to use service. On arrival, your employee noticed I was a disabled driver and opened up a lane to allow me to park as near the terminal as possible. My star rating reflects the fact that on my return, despite leaving my disabled badge on view. My car was parked in the 33rd spot in a bay.”

“Usual drama in here. System didn't work and would not read plate on entry. Take a ticket and then was told £145 to exit. Spoke with attendant...usual disinterested engagement...eventually exiting after delayed and unfulfilled experience. Only thing worse about Edinburgh airport are the toxic staff at security. They take the buscuit with their consistent and sustained rudeness and aggressiveness towards customers. Least the car park guy was pleasant enough.”

“Long stay car park at Edinburgh airport is great value if pre-booked and conveniently located near to the terminal building. There does seem to be a problem with the ticket machines at the exit which fail to recognise a pre-booked ticket and tries to charge the full unbooked cost. This has happened to me twice and should be investigated.”

“Very good service and very easy to use. Well organised and not too far at all to the terminal. Booked fast track security which was £14 well spent as well. Excellent will use again if travelling from Edinburgh as we drove up to from Newcastle 👍”

“The first time we've used Edinburgh airport but it all went very smoothly. Parked up and the transfer bus came within 5 minutes and dropped us at terminal. On return the bus stop is very well sign posted and again bus came after a couple of minutes. The only hitch was ANPR didn't work and after inserting ticket it wanted to charge £170 but pressing the call button quickly resolved this.”
