“Absolutely superb hassle free parking drop car off and go then it’s there for when you get back.will be using this car park every time I go away now.so simple to use and takes away the stress of driving around trying to find a space and it’s less than 1min walk to terminal”

“Fast Park was excellent, very easy to find helpful staff on way to airport departures. On return a slight hiccup as not sure of instructions for key release. However again a helpful member of staff came to our aid. Would definitely use again”

“On returning from holiday we just left the fast park and our warning light came on for our rear right tyre. On inspection at a garage we had a puncture which wasn’t there when we left the car. 5 hrs later and £170 lighter we managed to get home. So not impressed at all”

“I always use Fast Park now when I fly out of Edinburgh airport. It’s so simple and the staff at the gate and key drop off is always so friendly. Plus I skipped 5 looonngggg queues on my flight back with Fast Track Security!!”

“The instructions for accessing the parking were clear but signage to the Fast Track entrance was not. When we got to the second level the only obvious exit was the one with the lifts; there was no clear signs to the Fast Track exit. As a result we had to take the left to ground level, enter the airport departure are by the main entrance and make our way upstairs before we came across a sign to the Fast Track lane. It was only when we collected our car on our return to Edinburgh that we noticed the Fast Track entrance.”

“We always park at Fastpark because it's so quick and easy. There are always lots of staff who are are helpful and friendly (if you need them) and it's always a pleasant experience at the start or end of a holiday. I also liked the free car air freshener I got when I picked up my car.”

“I booked online, collected my ticket on arrival. When I left later that day, the machine said I owed them £60!! I pressed the buzzer and the guy on the other end was magic and 30 seconds later buzzed me through? Use it all the time, but that is the second time that has happened. Staff sound, system rotten.”

“I was impressed with the value for money for parking near Edinburgh Airport, but I was very distressed when asked to pay £225 to exit the car park! This was totally and utterly wrong and this is not the first time this has happened to me and some of my family and friends. I had to press the button for help and they cleared it straight away BUT why did it happen at all? I would be very grateful for a response to this dreadful situation.”

Hello Raymond, I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have a pleasant experience. We strive to deliver a seamless journey for our customers and it’s disappointing to hear when this doesn’t happen. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. “Expensive and a long way from the terminal. Luckily it was dry! No buses. Poor exit signage which does a lap of the car park. Walking route is far from smooth for dragging luggage.”
