“The initial parking and later collection of the car worked absolutely fine. However trying to exit the main car park barrier was a total farce. The cameras failed to pick up the car registration and therefore the barrier would not open automatically. The machine would not allow us to contact any staff member and told us that we would have to pay an additional £10 to leave. We had no option with a line of vehicles behind and the barrier down How this happened is anyone’s guess as our car had been parked for 4 days
It’s a total mess trying to recover the overcharge
Will have to reconsider using this service ever again”
“It was very easy to use drive in go to the lane thay tell you then go to reception to scan your key in if not done it before someone is there to help you and coming back was so easy to you just scan your ticket it will tell you what colour you box is and the number will light up just take your key thats it done”

“We always use terminal parking for easy access on the fast track bridge. I changed the car registration on this booking 2 nights before arrival but it hadn’t been updated. We needed to speak to customer services at the barrier on arrival and departure but both times it was dealt with effectively.”

“I had to drive around a few lines before finding a free space, I hoped to find a disabled parking spot, but failed to find a free one, also found it difficult to find the disabled parking areas, found the walking suface difficult for pulling a case to terminal. However despite a few niggles, I found the process easy and fairly good value.”
