“Booked more dates than I needed as the website defaults to a week period. Didn’t notice until a few minutes later. No number to call or to change it.
Arrived and they said nothing could be done. I then booked left but tried to enter the car park to use the other dates left but was told no”
“First time using since it has changed to a slightly different location. Easy to get to just after long stay. Plenty of spaces and efficient shuttle bus. Liked the drop off location at the taxi rank and just had to wait 5 mins for return pick up.

“The car park itself was good, the bonus of not needing to go outside to get into the terminal and using the fast track security were good selling points to pay that wee bit extra compared to other ones.
I didn’t find it the easiest to get into although that could have been my fault.
One issue I had was, when leaving it said I owed a significant amount of money. I had paid online in advance so wasn’t expecting this. Pressed the help button on the machine and explained what happened. It took 30 seconds to resolve but did causes me a bit of a panic.”
“coming in it was very hard for me because I couldn’t find the roundabout because I carried the right right I was going round in circles right but coming out with no problem straight to them what way and get home and no problem but please next time when I do travel, if I do book with you a lot, I want to have a alcoholic Leave my come in the airport and leave my keys on the desk.”
“Cheap, Easy to find, Simple instructions to follow. Car was safe. 5 day stay. Transfer Bus came as scheduled to the bus Stance, polite driver, dropped right off at the bus stances near Airport. Same on way back. Number plate recognition at barrier on Entrance/Exit. Was provided a Exit ticket when I entered but didn't need it to Exit. Overall experience, I would definitely use again.”
“I like the ease of parking close to the terminal, both for arrival and departure and try and book as early as I can to get the best deal as the price can be significantly higher leaving it until later.”
“Booked 3 days parking in multi-storey car park and all went very smoothly. Easy to book, easy to find at airport and easy to gain access. Felt confident car would be safe so all very good and relaxing.”
“Long stay car park, very poorly lit with misleading directions and areas cordoned off. Not obvious how to get to the airport on foot. Unpleasant experience in the dark and bad weather conditions.”
“I booked a weekend package with parking in the multi-storey car park . I passed the first barrier but was then blocked to enter the multistorey and had to park in the Terminal car park . When i tried to exit i was charged £180 . Fortunately on pushing the intercom I got a rapid and courteous response and the barrier was opened for me without charge . The problem seems to ahve been caused by incoorect recognition of my number plate on a pouring wet early morning .”
“So, the actual parking, pick up and drop off was brilliant. I would totally recommend Plane Parking, it was easy and affordable £30 from Tuesday until Saturday. However, I left my small case either in th3 bus or in the car park and havent been able to speak to a human to find out if anyone had found it. 5 out of 5 stars for the car parking , 0 out of 5 for being able to contact anyone when needed.”
