“The fast park self service at Edinburgh Airport is fantastic. It’s so easy to use and there are friendly helpful staff on site should you need any assistance. It couldn’t be any easier, you drive through and are directed to a lane where you exit your vehicle, collect your luggage and head to the self service key drop (staff are on hand if you need help). On returning it’s so simple, scan your QR code in the collection area, which I added to Apple wallet for ease, then you’ll be advised on the screen and a paper print out where your car is parked. A locker opens up with your key. It’s a very short walk to your parked vehicle- no stress or hassle remembering where you parked 2 weeks previously! I love it!”

Staff are good at directing you if unsure. Its easy to find with google maps, and well sign posted. I would use this again. All very accessable and localizee, literally a stones throw from the airport front door.”

The staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and always courteous - even when I booked to return a day earlier than our flight (oops) and on another occasion forgot to take my check-in confirmation (oops! Oops!). Staff were wonderful. They made light of the issue and resolved it immediately.”

Travelling with a toddler, this is such a great service, so simple to use and to be able to walk to the terminal is excellent.
I would absolutely recommend.
The only thing I would say is when collecting the car, it would be easier if it was parked front in so I could access the boot to put my cases in as I’ve had to drive it forward to be able to get everything in.”
