“The best staff I have ever encountered I had a bad flat tyre they help me park my car when it was being repaired it to a good bit over the time I was ment to leave the staff were very accommodating to me and very kind .

“Very easy to use. Got my confirmation email, drove in was given a lane to park, went into office entered details, put keys in to secure locker and that was it. Keep your receipt as you need it coming back! Right across from airport entrance. On arrival back, picked our colour code we were given. Entered details and it opened locker and told us where car was parked just outside. Exit barriers all raise automatically and that was it!”
“Straightforward parking, however when I returned after a week my rear number plate was inside my car, apparently it fell off after I tracked someone from the office down. Would be nice to be informed rather than trying to track down what happened.”

“3 stars only…..as we were travelling early morning it was still dark and being the first time users of plane parking we were unsure of where the pick up points were with the parking area…..
We couldn’t see any signage indicating the bus pick up points…..
So we walked to the barrier entrance thinking the bus has got to exit there….
Luckily a bus was exiting the driver did stop however he did say he was not supposed to pick up as we were not at a pick up point however he did allow us on, thank you….
He did say there were not enough pick up points signage would be good with better lighting…..
Other than that the service is very efficient……”
“Very easy to find thanks to concise instruction on booking confirmation, shuttle bus nice and regular to keep the wait down to a minimum, drop off point couldn't be any closer to the departure gate, no complaints at all.”
