“Excellent service from arrival to departure. Easy to access. Very helpful attendants. All appreciated so much by an almost 80 year old woman on her own. Only downside was the price. A lot to add to my flight price.”
“Booked in advance and parked for circa 16 days for under £80. Easy to find well signed. Used the long stay car park which is a 10-15 min walk to check in. Mid stay is nearer but more expensive. But may be worth it for some. Have used a number of times. Very happy with the experience.”
“The booking system was good, and number plate recognition worked well. The entry gate said the car park was full, which wasn’t reassuring when we’d paid in advance and actually wasn’t true. Only two bus stops and no pedestrian paths across the lines of cars, so it can be a long walk to a bus stop. Not enough signage to make it clear where you’ve parked. Difficult to get on and off the bus with a buggy and the stop at the airport is a long walk from departures. Wouldn’t book it again, it’s much much worse than the equivalent at other airports.”
“Great close parking to terminal but the surface within the carpark makes it a real workout trying to push or pull your luggage. The walk ways for pedestrians could do with resurfacing making it easier for the movement of customers luggage. As it is at the moment it is a real workout, my wife and I were knackered by the time we got out of the car park to a smoother surface”

“All worked very well. Instructions via email for use and directions were helpful. Barriers seemed to be operated on number plate recognition though and there was no use for the ticket provided at the barrier machine, which the email instructions suggested was required.”
“Great parking facility for easy access to
the airport terminal. Have used this several times and will continue to do so. Access to fast track security with the multi storey option is also a bonus. I would recommend that a fast track pass per person would be easier rather than one per party especially when you have to scan the barcode individually for each person followed by boarding pass.”
