“Honestly don’t know why everyone isn’t using Fastpark. It’s so close to the terminal,you get off your flight and can be in your own car 5 minutes after collecting your luggage. Price is exceptionally reasonable too. We’ve used this service several times and wouldn’t use anything else.”
“Actual area ok heading to airport fine - lovely driver - older man. Only 2 stopping points and few gaps to get from one lane to another. Returned at 12:30 am so hurried round bus at stance ran dragging my case - no one else around and as I reached bus he drove off. 12:40am. After 7 minutes someone else arrived - remember I was a woman on my own. Eventually he returned, said to someone leaving in 8 minutes- supposedly every 12 minutes that would mean 20 minutes. When getting off two in front said thanks to him - I didn’t and he passed a remark - I said no thanks as he had driven off as I reached the bus - guy in 30’s. Never again- usually use fast park but as last minute way too expensive. If it is too expensive in future would use a private company not this.”
“It’s a great system. Easy to drop off and super easy to collect your keys and find your car on returning.
Couldn’t quite figure out the twilight check in free 1 hour parking. We collected a ticket on the way in but couldn’t exit with the same ticket as it wouldn’t fit in the machine so had to call for help and after a confusing conversation we were let out .”
“We had again a positive experience parking at Edinburgh airport plane parking. The shuttle bus drivers are very friendly and always on time, the car park is safe and very spacious. Due to a flight delay, we overstayed our booking by less than an hour. We couldn't pay the extra charge contactless though we tried for a couple of times, so we contacted the operator. They cancelled the overpayment, and thus our holiday ended in a nice way.”
“Used the FastPark option and thought it was very well organised with plenty of assistance available at both checking in and return from holiday.
Unfortunately our car camera was knocked off the windscreen which made us slightly suspicious, since it hadn't moved in 18 months; potentially a mistake but did make us wonder......”

“Walkway to the fast track parking was closed, no notification. Had to go the alternative long way round. Car was not in the bay indicated on the sticker, having lugged cases round the car park found a staff member who said that should have been scrubbed out and new number written. Not ideal we chose this car park for convenience due to our long haul flight, wish we hadn’t bothered.”
