“This was my first experience of Fastpark and I will never use it again. There were very long queues going in and out. When coming back, I ended up further away than in the multi-storey or ground car parks.”

“We parked in Plane Parking for 8 days via the App £89.99 if memory serves correctly..Apart from an error made by me on arrival, parking was straightforward and simple with the Shuttle Bus to and from the terminal prompt and quick. No ticket issued on arrival at Car park now therefore no ticket required at Exit barrier.”
“Over the last 3 weeks i have pre booked and paid the parking at Edinburgh airport 3 times, once per week. On each occassion when trying to exit the barrier i have been requested to pay a fee of £ 90, and when i call the attendant i get advised it is because my car has not been picked up correctley on entering, if this is the case why then is my registration on the ticket on entry, appreciate my registration is OO62 MJS which could be mistaken for 0062 MJS, but the previous sytem always picked my car up on entering and exiting the parking area/s.”
