“I've used Fastpark before and always found the service to be excellent. This time was no different. Car dropped off at airport, keys booked on. Only a couple of minutes walks to the airport . On return scanned QR code, picked up key and car was ready in the stated position.”

Arriving at 11:30 pm found it actually has a 2m barrier, which wasn't clear when booking. sadly when there, no way to contact anyone and no way to transfer the booking to another option - so had to make a totally new booking, and spend another £90.”

“It has been quite a confusing experience. Would like to give 5* but can't. The booking system was confusing. I first booked 8 nights but then my flight was changed to later arrival. For whatever reason at that time I could not extend it and didn't want to cancel the booking so I added a night. After that, our car broke down so we had to change the car reg.number. Which I thought was easy, but my second booking failed to save the car reg.number change, which I only realised upon taking the car out and we ended up paying £60 penalty. I hope I'll get a refund but I've not heard anything back yet.”

I suggested a work colleague used Fast Park & their price quote was 4x what I paid
Really convenient & quick but couldn't exit the car park, the barrier preventing every single vehicle leaving, that was the longest delay I had on my trip”
“Multistorey parking is the most convenient parking at Edinburgh Airport. You cannot get closer to the Airport and Fast track security is included for you and your passengers.
