“Everything was smooth until exit from the car park. It turned out that I had booked to 11:30am rather than 11:30pm and was faced with a £45.00 over charge on a £106.99 booking. Had I booked it correctly the charge would still have been £106.99. ‘Dave’ who answered by call on the intercom was no help whatsoever, quoting terms and conditions and talking over me. I will not be using this car park again.”

“I use the long term parking often as it is cheaper than the alternatives and not too far to walk to terminal. However this week the weather was so atrocious on the day I parked that I would have gladly paid more to switch to a closer undercover parking. Could this option be added?”
“When arriving didnt know our reg, for the staff on arrival sayng i had the wrong car park, however staff at reception were great, smooth arrival back fro holiday, however at gate had to pay extra for being slightly late.”
