“The parking was easy to find by clicking the map on the app and all very straight forward entering and leaving, however, parking at Edinburgh airport is way to expensive”

on the ticket it was 03:00
i tried phoneing no number web site needs upgrading so problems can be resolved

“It's a bit pricey compared to other options, but being able to walk to the terminal without hanging around for a bus is brilliant.
Our return flight was cancelled so the option to extend our booking even though we had already parked was great so we didn't incur a big cost despite being over 24 hours late”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Arrival and departure process worked flawlessly. Express check-in is great. Hard to suggest any process improvements. One niggle is that every time I get back in my car I have to reset (typically) seat position, radio station, temp controls, drivers arm rest.”

“Is not well located as a walk-in parking area. The access path is long, difficult to find, and there is no protection from the weather. The place is so far from the terminal that it is difficult to see which way you should walk, and signs only appear when you are close to the terminal and you can already see where you are going. Routing pedestrians across the main taxi access road is not safe - they don't slow down or stop for pedestrians ! I am fit and able to walk long distances, but this car park is a bit of a joke even by giant shopping mall standards.”
