"It took me 45 minutes to find a parking space and again, was prevented from exiting at the barrier, even although I had pre paid."

Generally a very good service, but not this time. I pre-booked multi story as normal, for 3 days, and parked without issue. On leaving, I was prompted at the barrier to pay an additional £180 - I assume this was due to misreading my number plate either at arrival or departure. Either way, I had to use the help service to confirm I had booked and paid for the stay. All worked out in the end, but it was very awkward - and thankfully not holding up any kind of mass exodus from the car park.

There were next to no spaces available. Surely there could be a system that identifies spaces for those who have pre-booked. It took ages to find one, then it was far from a bus stop and it was raining hard, and I missed a bus in the process. A bus tracking system in the bus stops at least would be helpful so know how long will have to wait. This works well at other airports I use. Also there was no instructions to say that having pre-booked how getting out without paying again when I had to get a ticket at barrier on entry, would work.

I wouldn't use this service again. The free pick up bus took 25 minutes to appear. The sign posting to the bus stop is inadequate. It took a full 40 minutes to get to my car.

We booked surface parking but on arrival had to drive round for a number of times before racing another car to the one free space we were able to see. Can I suggest that you reserve spaces for those that have prebooked parking

"\"Could not find a space to park in. Booked only a few days before and intended to go to the long term car park, was offered the surface for only a little more. Arrived with lots of time before the flight but spend far to long parking if I had been short of time this would have been a more serious issue. You should not be offering discounted rates on a car park that is so full. You also need help of the human kind when you have a car park that full. \""

Last weekend I booked airport parking at Edinburgh Airport. I have done this many times in the past. I booked multi story parking because of the fast track facility. We got there at 8pm and went to the bridge. The multi track facility at Scotland's biggest airport was closed at 8pm on a Friday evening. When I booked online there was no mention it would be closed. When I rang Edinburgh Airport, June was stunned to realise it was closed. She put me through to someone else who duly hung up. I rang June back and once again she put me through to another number who did not answer. It seems no one was aware it was closed. I paid for multi story fast track and that was what I should have received. If you are going to close it you should inform your customers and your employees. Scotland's biggest Airport should be better than this. Regards, Michael

I use your services for all of my oversea holidays. This normally accounts for three to four trips per annum. On three out of five of my last trips on placing the parking ticket in the exit machine I have been told I owe hundreds of pounds. On connecting with the person on duty and giving my contract number these errors have been overruled and the barrier raised. I would therefore suggest that this sort of unreliability in your systems is far from a polished service and is very annoying to say the least. Hopefully this feedback is of some interest.

"We missed our flight due to parking!! As this was our first time leaving the car we didn't know where we were going, there were no directions on the email or text that we were sent so we had to google the long stay parking which took us to another location at the opposite end of the airport, 13.9 miles away. Then when we got back to the airport we had to try 2 more long stay parking options before someone put our reg into their system and then gave us directions!!! We had to pay and extra \u00a3200 to get into the next flight all because of our parking issues. It's terrible that they're are no directions\/instructions for first time users, the parking issue then having to pay the extra money that we don't have set out weekend off to a terrible start."

There are NO signs saying that the car park shuttle bus leaves from stance A - until you've walked all the way to the normal stance 8 in the coach parking area. This after a long flight and just wanting to get home. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Usually the terminal surface parking is good but on this occasion the car park was full so I was redirected to the over-spill area. I may as well have saved myself money and booked the mid stay car park as the walking distance was pretty much the same. Also, I contacted the customer service team and they didn't really care. Will probably stick to Glasgow airport or use the mid stay car park in future

The signage is terrible - I’m used to airports and this is the worse

Total lack of signage. going in nothing about prepaid tickets. going out put your ticket in the machine and all you get is a sum to be paid, nothing to tell you to enter your ticket No into the machine. A simple sticker on the machine ( PREPAID TICKETS --Enter your Ticket No on the key Pad) . For first time users it is very confusing especially in the dark.

I have used this car park previously and was perfectly satisfied but on this occasion I had two issues. On arrival it was extremely difficult to manoeuvre round the car park and find a space due to a large number of vehicles being parked indiscriminately outside the parking bays. On our return I was extremely annoyed to have to pay an extra £12.50 because we were four hours beyond the time I had booked-this was entirely outwith our control as our return flight was diverted to Newcastle and we had to endure a two and a half our journey by mini-bus to get back to Edinburgh-this additional charge simply added insult to injury!

The camera at the barrier consistently fails to recognise my perfectly standard number plate, which means I always have to have my booking checked and validated before I can leave at the end of my trip. The system at Glasgow Airport, on the other hand, has no problem with my plate. Secondly, having paid for Fastrack use, I would find it extremely helpful not to have to spend ages searching for a parking space. The indicators said there were spaces on levels two and three but there were none, as I found out after crawling through both before finally finding a space on level 4. In order to be truly Fastrack, there would either have to be a dedicated parking area with guaranteed spaces or a more accurate space indicator that takes account of disabled and valet parking spaces. Way too much time lost considering the extra price paid for the "convenience" of speedy parking, which turned out to be anything but.

It was easy to find and close to the airport. However, when we returned, at 2.45 am, we were making our way to bus stance A and were only a short distance away when the bus left, empty! A dozen or so of us had to wait until the bus returned. I understand schedules have to be kept to, but at that time in the morning with tired passengers only a few yards away!? Not good.

i tried to book but website failed completely. I had to phone up and book on phone. the helpful gentleman explained they were having problems with some web browsers. I book regularly and would like a facility to login to my account which would bring up my name, car details, etc. Whilst away I lost my carpark ticket, the staff were very helpful in dealing with my stupidity. The access roads to Edinburgh airport are amongst the worst of any airport, too many roundabouts and a lot of improvement required.

No parking spaces available. People had taken to parking in places that were not parking spaces.

Booked online in advance - paid for fast track as an add on. Online booking not recognised on entry, not recognised at Fast Track. Asked for fast track refund and not received. At check out - prepayment was not recognised Far too much hassle and inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't use again. - there are other providers about
