“Terminus ground parking is expensive and haphazard, drive around until you find a space. Why doesn't Edinburgh Airport parking provide some customer service by using technology or even a person to identify spaces for drivers to go to? This could easily be done section by section,it would save drivers wasting time endlessly scouring for spaces. Also directions for pre booked parking refer to the use of number plate recognition without specifying the need to retain and present a ticket - not really number plate recognition technology. I normally use off airport parking and will probably do so in future as the extra cost is not good value”
“Mid stay parking is conveniently close to the terminal however the spaces are quite tight if you have a larger vehicle and exiting have pre-paid could be simplified.”
“Waited 15min in queue in the surface car park because of mini buses waiting to pick up passengers at the far end of the car park - this is the second time this has occurred. You cant avoid the area as the one-way system takes you down that route. Poor organisation - there should be a height barrier to stop mini buses entering the car park.”
“Would be better if car park displayed a name or even said 'long stay car park'. Not very well signposted on approach. Bus stops at terminal building too far away from exit. Very far to walk with heavy cases.”
“i have made a reservation from the webside and paid for it. but i still have to contacted the staff to let me passed the barriers when i left the airport. because when i went out i put the ticket inside the machine and it showed i still need to pay some money for some reason which shouldn't happened.”
“Parking booked was Terminal Surface parking but signage was unclear. Resulted in a £100 charge. This was refunded a couple of days later with no issues, but just highlighting the signage problem.”
“It did and it didn't !! The parking wasn't very well sign posted but obviously I found it eventually. I paid for Fast Track via the tunnel from the carpark on Level 2, where I had parked but when my family and I went down the tunnel we were met with a keypad and no access code. We went to the main Terminal Building where we were told we had to check in first then use Fast Track ??? A bit confusing when the initial instructions were to go through the tunnel from Level 2 ? Can you explain for future reference please ? Your help is appreciated. We had a laugh trying to find our way around so no harm done !!! Cheers Billy !”

“The booking process and entry were very easy, well priced and smooth but the terminal surface was full on the nearside so parking was some walk from the terminal. My return flight was delayed 3 hours so you charged me 9.44 additional fee which I felt to be most unjust”
