“I am very pleased with overall parking experience. But come out of the airport parking lot to 45 minutes. That was really frustrating after a very long journey by air.”

“Long stay parking very full and difficult to find a space with many cars parked illegally. Signs discourage walking to the terminal, despite there being a pavement all the way.”
“The car park is close to the terminal. Early morning shuttle bus was great. However on the return we had to wait over half an hour for the shuttle bus there seemed to only be one running. It had stated when I booked the car park that the shuttle bus ran every five minutes, this was clearly not the case. There was a massive que for the bus and not enough buses running.”
“The car was still there when we got back to it and we found it quickly. However, the bus taking us back to the car park was full when we arrived to get it so we could not get on and it took an hour before the next bus came.”
“Always use fast track, as alot easier and quicker, but was disappointed as couldn't get into car park this time had to go up another level & even then struggled to find a space”
“The Mid-Stay parking was fairly basic, with a longish walk to the terminal, fully exposed to the weather. Entrance and exit was very constricted and tricky to manoeuvre even with an average size vehicle.”

“Normally its easy, but a nightmare when busy. I pre-booked the surface car park but it was full when I arrived so I checked I was ok to park in the multi-storey. I returned after my trip only to put my ticket in the machine and be told I was owe £100! It got sorted but not before a huge queue formed behind me and additional time was added to my already long journey. They should know who has pre-booked and make sure spaces are available for the people who have gone to the trouble to book a space and where they have booked it.”
