“The good; easy to pay upfront and get in and out of the car park, which is relatively close to the airport. The bad; car park was overcrowded with few spaces remaining and a lot of cars parked outside of designated spaces on the roadside, at the corners etc. making it difficult to see and move safely. There seemed to be nobody managing or deterring this. The spaces are small for modern cars and the rows tight to turn into these small spaces.”

“Close to airport and easy to find. Competitive pricing. However, on my return to my vehicle the driver announced the first stop and gave nobody the chance to get up to get off - this resulted in me having to walk quite a distance to my car. I am not particularly mobile at present so this wasn't particularly helpful. Also I found the fact that you have to take a ticket a bit confusing when I had pre-paid : if the car plate can be read why is it necessary to use a ticket?”

Our car parks allow customer to roll-up without a booking and this is why we still have a ticket system in place at the moment. “I've always loved this carpark. But now it takes me a long time to find a space. Spaces aren't very big for larger vehicles either and people are now just parking anywhere the want when there are no spaces.”

“Ok overall. First time using & very busy. The automatic doors into the key drop part didn’t open. They kept opening an inch then closing again - so had to go around to airport entrance.

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. “First time using mid stay car park. Closer location to airport but was worried wouldn’t find a parking space. Had pre-booked and luckily found one space. Did notice other cars not in actual parking space. Easy enough to find actual car park. No lighting. White painted lines faded. No official walkway to terminal.”

“Everything seemed to be perfect until our return when the message in the locker said our keys were not available , a member of your staff said we would have to wait for our car to be delivered to us ( with an extra 3 miles on the clock and spattered with blrd droppings) you had 10 days to have our car ready for us to collect. “Clearer signage for the carpark would be helpful. The carpark is not the easiest to navigate through with suitcases as the surface is clearly not designed for that and is very bumpy and has a few large holes. There is no clear pathway from where we parked and only a small gate in the fence to get through. The gates were also fully submerged by large puddles so drainage around these non negotiable areas would be beneficial. It is within easy reach of the airport though and the auto recognition for entry is helpful, although with that technology I'm not sure why you still need to be issues with a ticket that you have to retain for exit. The price for our stay was the cheapest option available including the outlying carparks even without the 10% first sign up discount so was really good value in comparison to others.”

“Was very surprised to see cars parked all over the place ( not in bays ) just left on the road. This made me panic abit as i would not leave my car out of a bay and go on holiday. I eventually found a bay, but i would of thought if a car park like yours had 500 bays, you would only book in 500 cars and maybe have 20 bays left over for other eventualities. I was very happy with the price, but not a great start to my holiday. Panicing i may not get a bay.”

“Would have been 5 out of 5 stars but our experience coming in to the fast park was awful!

“Used the FASTPark parking for the first time on this trip. Drop off was fine and it was easy to follow the instructions to deposit the keys etc. The collection of my car keys was easy also but my car was parked quite a long distance away - A51, not great especially with a few pieces of luggage. FASTPark said (Decribe their service) my vehicle would be parked in a departure lane ready to go? It wasn't, it was parked further away than I would have parked it on the surface car park right next to the terminal. Dissapointing ! I don't see any real benefit of FastPark Vs normal surface car parking, normal surface parking would have been better. FastPark doesn't follow through on what it promises.”
