Booking our stay was very easy. Unfortunately, we contracted Covid and consequently tried to cancel our reservation - albeit within the 24 hours before our scheduled arrival. I tried to amend our details to reflect this on the Manage Booking page but was unable to find a way to do so there and was unable to find any other contact details for parking. Let's hope our travel insurers are sympathetic

Parked at the terminal outdoor ground park. Booked online and paid in advance. Assumed my number plate would identify me as having paid but when I exited the barrier machine asked me for £180. Contacted the 'assistance' man who sorted it out but very unsettling and I'm not clear how I could have avoided this and just got straight out.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Signage wasn’t great but because I’d used the parking before I was able to navigate to the correct area. When I returned from my holiday and wanted to get my ticket validated it requested I pay an additional £180, however I had already prepaid. This was a little stressful however the attendant rectified this for me over the call button at the pay machine. Overall I’d rate this experience 3 out of 5

I usually have nothing but high praise for the multistorey parking but this time was not a great experience. On arrival despite spaces showing on each levels led screen we drove round and round each level with no spaces til the top. On arrival the car park entrance was closed off due buildings work a d we had to walk all the way to front. Why didn't you advise us of this beforehand?

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative. I can confirm the works you are referring to are only on the ground floor due to our works for the drop of and pick up zone. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Ok for parking but there is no designated pavement so this does make the wheeling of luggage very hard, it like trying to push up hill on a cobbled street. Safety does come into it as well as you are on the same route as cars coming & going.

We chose terminal car park, outdoor one! It was a nightmare trying to find a space. We drove around for ages. There were cars landed everywhere. I think the spaces should be numbered and folk allocated a space.

The signage to leave the Long Stay to go ti Departures is very limited and only little useful. Need more signage.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you found our wayfinding confusing. Clear signage is one of the most important things to have in any busy environment, but especially in an airport. Please be assured that we are actively working on our wayfinding strategy, and we will ensure feedback, like yours, is brought into the discussion. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Used the multi-story carpark with fast pass security. I was only there for the day so travelling in rush hour and arriving back on one of the final flights. Everything was fine but just a few irritating niggles. The boards that indicate how many spaces there are on each floor of the car park were giving false readings. I wasted time touring two floors which I'd been told had upwards of 80 spaces each to find not a single one on the first and at most a couple on the second. The fast pass security queue actually took longer than the non-prioritised one. Then the real bug bear, and the one that seems a regular feature of this car park, is where the machine can't read your ticket or the cameras didn't accurately record your registration number, So at 11.00 at night I'm getting out the booking ref (which I now always carry as this happens too often), digging out the reading glasses in the dark and sorting. Can't fault the guy on the other end of the phone but at £50 a day for parking surely it should work or you could pay for someone to be there.

The sight is very dark Esp if your there at 3 am or after dark. No proper marking regarding designated area block B C D ect and arrows to bus stop Esp in dark. I had a problem finding my Car I took a picture which I thought was block 5. Of which it was miles It took me an hour to find my car Even although I took pictures. So make sure you look up at railings to see the odd sign. It's on stones very hard to straighten up. When I got car there was a car next to me I couldent get in. I had to go in passenger side climb over to move my car

I prepaid for 8 days parking at the Plane Park long stay carpark. On inserting my ticket into the ticket reader at the exit barrier it announced I was due a fee of £180 although I still had around 17 hours of parking available. After a long journey I could have done without the hassle and delay sorting it out with the company. Other than that the parking and shuttle bus service was fine.

Struggled to find a parking space on arrival. Cars were parked on verges. Eventually saw a sign for additional parking through another gate. Signs for additional parking could have been more obvious.

I’m a regular user of Edinburgh Airport and like the terminal multi and ground parking for convenience. Unfortunately this time around the surface car park was so full that I was forced to park in the overflow area up near the exit barriers. I had suitcases and carry on to take to check In which was a real drag. I understand that car parks can be busy but would suggest a stand alone drop off area for car park users by the valet area so that passengers and luggage can be safely dropped off.

Having some mobility issues the Multi Sorey option offered a solution which got me closer to the terminal, albeit a very expensive one. On departure at 2.00 am I put my ticket in to be denied exit saying I was due to pay £492. This was eventually fixed but too stressful after a delayed journey. So this issue and I believe the excessive charge resulted in me marking down this review.

I was going away for business and just needed to put my car somewhere. I booked online for a 4-day, the prices wasn't too bad. It's a bit further away from the terminal and you do have to get a bus. This is not an issue. The bus drops you off close by. Bad points. The road getting to this car park is in serious need of re-surfacing. You get rattled driving in and the bus driving you to the airport. The bus to the Plane Parking isn't very well signposted, I walked to the bus stance on the wrong side of the tram lines on my return and wondered why the only bus was for the NCP car parks. I should have paid more attention on my way out, but due to being in a hurry, I didn't.

Although the parking was good the exit from the car park caused me some considerable concern. When I inserted my car park ticket, I was shown that I had an exit cost of £360. This was concerning as I had pre booked and prepaid some months prior. I use the contact button and this was rectified and the barrier operated to let us exit the Terminal Parking. This is the second time this has happened to me and leads me to wonder if on a future occasion I could be refused exit if the pre booking is not recognised. Regards Charlie Cox

Not really the "short walk" to the terminal described, because you also have to factor in departures being at the opposite end etc. Allow 10-15 mins for the walk. Carpark was RAMMED full of people with loads of cars abandoned on double yellow lines. Took a long time to find a space and the signage towards the terminal is awful. And the painted lines are a complete mess. But, you get what you pay for and it was pretty cheap overall.
