10 minutes away from the bus stop then another good 5 minute walk from the bus to the terminal. Came back and my car was extremely dirty. Apart from that all good, both buses came within 5 minutes.

early morning flight, not quite sure where to go, but the written directions issued with my booking were excellent and found a great space on level one next to the ticket machine and lifts. Easy booking and billing Would use this service again

Used parking previously with no issues however this home barrier failed to issue the ticket and if I hadn't noticed then I would have come back to a huge bill. Spoke to someone on intercom who said he was coming over to speak to us. Didn't show and from second conversation on intercom, it was clear that he wasn't coming. Eventually got correct ticket but didn't need the stress or hassle at the start of the holiday.

Once again our number plate was not recognised and we were given the option of paying a further£118 to leave the car park. We phoned the help number and after a long wait the operated lifted the barrier for us. Not the kind of stress you need at the end of a holiday.

My first time parking my car at fast track - Edinburgh. Terrible experience On my return from holiday , once i collected my car - the first barrier would not open , had to get out my car and get help ( causing tail backs ) Then when i approached the second barrier ( main barriers ) it didnt except my ticket , not allowing barrier to open - i had to press button for help which took ages , drivers waiting in the queue behind me , were not happy Neil Cameron , reg of car A4 YNC DATES 22-05-23 to 27-05-23

Originally tried to book plane parking, but due to a misspelt error on surname was not able to book on the 5th April ,through their NEW Karla system,and could not cancel on the Plane parking site,as it was showing an error on the booking. Contacted Edinburgh Airport about error,and this was NOT rectified! Had to re-book parking DIRECT with plane parking on 6th May which we used when travelling on 15th may. Unfortunately, Karla are now wanting money for a booking not used. Plus delayed flight cost us Another £45 parking charges! No telephone number to contact plane parking!!

Review is not about the parking which I’m sure is perfectly fine and good distance from the airport but I didn’t actually use the parking on this occasion The website is faulty if you try to cancel it keeps refreshing and you cannot make any changes. I tried to email but that rejected as a noreply email address but I couldn’t see any other way to contact. Tried to phone but that referred me to the website Have used other car park (multi storey) before and would recommended that but didn’t have to amend any details so unaware of problem till now

Dreadful return. We arrived at night. Followed signs to the car park then gave up as it led us the opposite direction. We eventually walked across the road and up the circular ramp risking any traffic as we were so frustrated. On the bright side it’s great to flying out - just rubbish for returning. Won’t use it again

Arriving - staff very friendly and helpful. Leaving - someone had left a locker door open and so my bar code could not be read. As this was my first time using the system I did not know how to rectify the situation. Luckily another traveler assisted me. Car not found in the lane where I left it. I did not mind that the seat and mirror were moved but not keen on the radio being switched to a different channel and the air con changed.

The location is very convenient but signage is poor and very confusing, both for finding the pedestrian exit from the car park and for finding the vehicle exit.

Car park surface is really rough with big speed bumps and many pot holes, makes pushing your trolley without any suitcases on a challenge to say the least. Many cars parked outside of spaces so they must be over selling tickets for some reason?

They have stopped the courtesy bus in long stay so it’s a long walk. I’ll need to look elsewhere in future.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Car park itself is good and it is great to walk to the terminal building but please get the available spaces signs fixed. We spent ages trying to find a space, the signs would say at least 50 spaces free on a floor but there were none. Eventually had to park in the open air on the roof.

Good location short walk from the airport. However when we came to leave the machine tried to charge us £130 despite pre booking. We had to press the button at the gate where everyone seemed to be having similar issues. It was quickly resolved

Difficult to get a space in long stay car park despite booking and paying in advance. Cars parked everywhere. Long trek over uneven ground to the terminal- bring back the shuttle bus please.

Using the long stay car park at Edinburgh airport was convenient and inexpensive as pre booked. However, we eventually found a space, others had been less fortunate and parked at the end of a line but not actual spaces. We had to try and navigate walking to the terminal with no proper tarmac path or signage as to get there, walking on the gravel car parks meant almost certain wheels on cases getting damaged and made the walk quite treacherous. Surely a shuttle service could be allocated again.

Disabled parking spaces full of other than disabled motorists. Some monitoring of these spaces required.
