“Highly recommended car park for convenience getting into the airport. Pre booking in process is an excellent addition to the service. The only consistent criticism is that the drivers change the settings in my car which is very frustrating on my return. I refer to seat position, air con, fan speed, Bluetooth and radio settings. It would be great if they return all settings to how they enter the car.”

“Straightforward forward and stress free airport parking. Well signposted to get into the car park and to get into the terminal. Would totally recommend as so close to the terminal building too.”
“Brilliant place to park, shuttle bus was waiting to take us to airport, driver was pleseant, bus arrived a few minutes after we arrived at bus stop to take us back to car.”
“The entry barrier never recognised my reg plate or the other car in front, I had to speak to someone over the intercom, the exit was also slightly confusing. Overall easy carpark to use however if entry was busier and exit my opinion would be different.”
“Booked Plane Parking which was very easy to find and there were plenty of spaces to choose from. Of course, that may not always be the case. As it is such a huge car park, it would help to have areas marked so you can remember where you parked your car on your return. Also, another couple of bus stops might help.”
“Easy to find, found a space quickly and it was a dry day so walking to the airport was not an extra hassle. I did think 134.99 pounds for 6 nights was expensive but had no choice due to the early morning flight.”

“Parking was easy to find, I received a ticket as the instructions indicated. Parking was straightforward. On our return I drove to the exit as indicated. The advice was to insert the ticket into the machine: it did not fit into the machine either way up or folded. With assistance we were able to depart. Why are paper tickets needed?
