“Arrives at 4.00am and the barrier wouldn’t let me in despite booking from 3.30am. Buzzed the help button and the guy let me in.
On departure the barrier wouldn’t open and wanted £270 from me to exit, it took 5/6 minutes to get an operator by pressing the button and he managed to let me out without any additional charge. Not nearly as smooth as Ive had before.”
“Did what it says on the tin, airport parking was cleaner & tidier than the airport, all exits & entrances, the concourse, cewing gum central, rubbish in entrances, Air side walkways had more dust & glass walkways were minging, need a good wash & as its meant to be the main Scottish airport they need more attention to detail. Is it not meant to be the first thing tourists see of Scotland.”

2) When purchasing, I was asked for my flights - but that information was not used. This seems like a waste.”

“Have used Fast Park again and as usual was very fast, efficient and convenient. Always people on hand to guide and help you if required although the process is very simple.
Two small points, the walk ways are very rough and need replaced when rolling your luggage along them and do with being covered completely as there are gaps!!”
“Early morning park but a few floors were closed resulting in using the very top level. Not a problem just seemed odd to have floors closed at such an early hour.”
