“Parking was easy to find, I received a ticket as the instructions indicated. Parking was straightforward. On our return I drove to the exit as indicated. The advice was to insert the ticket into the machine: it did not fit into the machine either way up or folded. With assistance we were able to depart. Why are paper tickets needed?

“Couldn't fault FastPark at Edinburgh Airport.
On arrival we were met by a friendly assistant who gave us clear instructions on where to park and where to drop off the car keys.
Again at the drop off point there was somebody there to assist which was very welcome as we were newbies to FastPark Edinburgh.
On return , I found the process to retrieve the keys and locate the car a little confusing and would have welcomed some assistance but we managed to get the keys and find the car.
Next time, We should be more prepared for the process.”

“Got to the car park no problem, managed to get a EV parking space, there were 2 left, unsure what would happen if there were none? Also, there is a notification to say £30/day overstay charge, but there should be something written in the booking email or in the car park that it isn't applicable if you've pre booked an EV space.”
“Collecting my son and family from living in Canada. They had numerous cases so we needed 3 cars to collect them all.
Very hard to work out what the best way to do all this as we had to enter the terminal building to help. The amount of money it cost was iridiculous, 3 x 30 pounds. Left a very bad taste .
Dublin airport cost 3 euros for first hour for collection
Then u charge 2 pounds to use a trolley and expect people to return it?

“Very well organised parking. Advise to book at lease 2 months prior to trip as it will save you a decent amount of money. Nevertheless it's very well organised system in place and always use it when I'm travelling from edinburgh. The staff are brilliant too. Never had an issue with parking here.”
“The multistorey carpark on the weekend offer was a great option for us and the second floor door straight through to fastrack security could not have been more convenient. We were throug security less than 10 mins from arriving at the car park. We would definitely use this sevice again. Thank you!”
“Both in and out of the carpark I had to press the button for help as it didn’t recognise my booking.
Disabled spaces should be more protected just jaguars and teslas in the spaces with extra room either side and no blue badges. I need the extra space for getting a wheelchair in and out.”
“Absolutely blown away by how easy the Fastpark was for our recent holiday. Very easy to find, easy to go through and overall a very quick process from start to finish, and right next to the Arrivals door. Would definately use this parking method again.”
“The planeparking car park would be better with identifying row numbers, I parked in early hours of morning and thought I was in row 5..only when I returned in daylight did I realise the 5 was 5mph 🤣🤣”
