“Can't fault Multi storey Parking at Edinburgh Airport. Short trip to Terminal with Fast track security included. The only negative is that the price for 2 weeks parking has increased by nearly 50% next year compared to this year.”

“As ever an excellent service however could I suggest an improvement. Courtesy of Mt Etna's smoke eruption our initial return flights to Edinburgh were cancelled. We then had a two day delay in returning.
I was not sure who, or if, I should contact Fast Park to advise the Company of these various cancellations. Adding advice to your information system on what to do in these circumstances would help.

“The signposting directing you to the Multistory is appalling ...the roundabouts leading up to the actual entrance road should have clear easily visible signs...
The actual car park is good the parking spaces are comparatively wider than many Multistorys...
The route to the Fast Track security from the car park is similar to the route into the Car Park...a Labryinth of corridors with a total lack of clear signage...”
“Despite checking in online with Fast Park, before arrival, the barrier did not recognise or open automatically for me. My flight unfortunately was cancelled later that day and I found it difficult working out how to obtain my car, eventually finding an email address - so I decided to leave car and caught a bus instead as my flight was rescheduled for 3 days later.”
