“Spaces are too small which means a lot of cars are taking up two spaces or there is not enought room to save park without potential damage. Bus stop 2 should be in the middle of the row as it's a long way to walk to the end closer to the enterance.”
“I used FastPark - it was a really good service, very easy and quick getting into the terminal. I arrived back a day late but customer service was great when I let them know, and it was no hassle picking up my car the next day - reasonable price too even with the delay!”
“The service is great, but the one niggle I have is that when I got back into my car, the seat had been adjusted and not returned even to remotely close to where I had left it and the heating and ventilation controls had been significantly altered. Especially with regard to the ventiliation, it made me wonder just how long the driver actually must have spent in my vehicle!”
“Problems entering mid stay at 0600h on 3/5. Machine kept issuing tickets but the barrier would not rise. Tried reversing twice to re-attempt entry to no avail. Causing serious panic but luckily the third or fourth attempt worked. Was expecting problems exiting with 3 tickets but barrier raised automatically”
“Normally a fantastic easy process. I have used fast park Edinburgh numerous times without issue. Unfortunately this time the car has been scratched while in their care. Car was collected in the dark and driven home. Scratch to offfside front bumper was noticed in the daylight the next day after waking up. Car sat in my driveway since returning home. Image was received from Edinburgh Fast Park of car arriving with them with no damage visible. Edinburgh fast park - dismissed this as because I didn’t highlight while in the car park they do not accept liability. As it was 14 hours since I left the car park.”
“Not cheap but very quite convenient. Despite pre-booking I did have a fair bit of trouble finding an available space on arrival. Also found the spaces are quite tight especially if you end up next to a large SUV or pick up as I did. There was a bit of a delay exiting but think this may have been user error by another driver although not helped by one barrier being coned off.”
“Could not have been simpler. Booked FastPark when booking flights. Check in email landed a couple of days before flight to confirm car reg. ANPR allows you through to park in the indicated lane, Bags out, drop off keys with QR generated label. Receipt has QAR code to identify which box has keys - drive home.
Cost slightly more than some other options but well worth it for convenience”
“The parking was so easy, it made the morning of our holiday stress free and was so close to the airport it was easy to get all of our bags across with 2 small kids in tow without much trouble. Collecting the car was just as easy as dropping off and the car was in the exact condition we left it.”
