“Parking and facilities all good but , when I come out my car registration not in the list , so struggled to come out , contacted customer service that time he talked like we had some mistakes, feel like he supposed we need to apologise for the system issues , poor customer service, facility and other service perfect . “I parked in the Multi story and it was so easy to get in and out. There were fast track security tickets along with the parking and that was a breeze through security from the walkway on level 2””
“If you book well in advance the multi-storey parking works really well and isn't expensive. It's great to be able to park under cover and walk straight through to fast-track security. One thing - I have always found it impossible to find my way back to the multi-storey when following the pedestrian exit signs from arrival area. It is very easy to get lost. Instead I walk back into departures and out of the main entrance, across the road to the multi-storey ground floor entrance, take lift to second floor.”

“Everything was smooth until exit from the car park. It turned out that I had booked to 11:30am rather than 11:30pm and was faced with a £45.00 over charge on a £106.99 booking. Had I booked it correctly the charge would still have been £106.99. ‘Dave’ who answered by call on the intercom was no help whatsoever, quoting terms and conditions and talking over me. I will not be using this car park again.”
