“It was easy to book and understand. Unfortunately the trip my husband and I were going on (a trip to Budapest on Friday 2 March flying with Ryanair) was cancelled. I tried to phone several times to cancel and re-book. My husband also tried phoning without success. I emailed to try and sort things out, but the emails came back saying undeliverable.. “Having arrived at the Airport and getting ready to park the car we were told that Shannon Airport had closed down, as had Dublin Airport, and therefor our flights were cancelled. This was on Friday 2nd March and was due to the extreme bad weather conditions. Hopefully we will get a refund.”

However after return flight driver ignored me pressing button repeatedly to get off because my husband was speaking to another passenger. Meant we had to walk quite far in the snow with 4 month old and cases to our car”
“There are different options for people on differing budgets I guess. That being said, the closer you are to the terminal is way too expensive. I travel every week and there is no loyalty recognition. Other than remembering my details in the booking website! You should reward your frequent bookers. You don't have to operate a reward scheme if that becomes expensive, you could simply send us discounts or vouchers for duty free.”
