“Shocked and disgusted to be told I was owe £150 as I tried to leave the car park! Already pre paid months in advance. Judging by the car in front of me he also had the same problem. Highly likely this happens all the time as a way to con more money out of hard working individuals.”
“Terminal parking was really handy and was close to entrance but arking instructions were very unclear. Did not scan my plate and open for me so I had to take a ticket and the machine then tried to charge me 200 quid to leave. Luckily the guy on the intercom let me through but it was a bit of a worry while I was on holiday.”
“Car parking and fast track through security….perfect. Arrangement paying etc also perfect .
But please get the airport to sort the stench. It’s been there now for at least three weeks. I had to cover my face, it was so nauseating.
The smell is so powerful I’d rather another 40 mins to Glasgow airport to avoid it.

“It was terrible. When I got back to mid stay car park I flooded my shoes as was a puddle beside my car door I couldn’t see as not enough light. When I tried to exit car park it did not auto detect my reg and had to call intercom and after a 20 sec wait had to explain had pre booked etc.”
“By my own admission I had mistakenly put my return time as 11am instead of 11pm,
When I was booking the parking the price would have been the same even if I had put 11pm, but when I tried to exit the gate they proceeded to issue me with a ridiculous charge for being over my booked stay.
As I mentioned , the price would have been the same if I had put 11pm, there was no understanding from the gentleman on the intercom,
Pay the price or your not getting out I was told.

“Very poor service at carpark . Won't be using them again. They park your car . When they did they left my car windows open and on my return my car was socking wet carpets tge lot . Now got water damage to my car”

“After our flight cancellation due to THE storm we arrived at the key pick up point, the lady who helped us explained as all flights the previous day had been cancelled all the cars had been moved to “the overspill” area. We were handed our key told to head for section R or S the lady pointed in a direction. We are both in our 60s not in great health and had 4 heavy suitcases (why we chose fast drop off/ pick up) The weather was driving sleet with no cover. I know the circumstances were outwith anyone’s control surely either we should be taken to our car or the car can be brought to us. I must say there was no charge for being 24 hours late but I would prefer to pay extra and my car to be were I paid to have it picked up.”

“I pre paid in advanced and then upon exiting encountered a £90 charge for one night stay! Ridiculous . And when I phone customer services this enquiry could of course only be dealt with online with chat bots. I emailed today and awaiting a reply. Terrible. Do not use.”
“Had to pay £45 extra because of a cancelled flight and even had the cheek to charge £7 to leave the airport. Never again will always be a taxi in future.”
