We booked this as thought it would be easier than parking off site - I was wrong. Booked in the long stay car park and could see the terminal but there are no pedestrian signs on how to get to the terminal and this was made worse as no buses running. To compound matters we were a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 small kids and there was no trolleys available which made it really difficult to get our suitcases all the way from there to the terminal. It really does smack that no thinking has gone into this and this is another way Edinburgh Airport make money by charging for trolleys and having no buses running. Someone that has no prior knowledge of the car park will struggle which was not unique to ourselves as we found others having the same issue as ourselves.

shocking. Paid for parking and you still tried to charge me £145. this has happened before but only with your car park. Edinburgh airport as a whole is the worst flying experience i have ever had i will in future rather pay £500+ to fly from somewhere else next time.

Extremely disappointed to find that Edinburgh airport, having removed the shuttle bus service, have not provided a covered walkway to the terminal. Juggling baggage and an umbrella in driving rain and remaining dry is impossible. This is a premium product delivering a poor service. I cannot recommend this carpark and will not use it again.

I booked to stay in the Terminal Parking, as I was travelling to Alicante. Without realising, I found myself in the 'overflow' section (near the coach/bus stances). It was very unclear as to how I then walk on foot to the terminal building. I could not see any signage or obvious pathway. My arriving at 4am in darkness exacerbated the issue. I got lost and found myself blocked in by the multi storey car park, unable to find a way out. In the end, I cut through the bus area crossed the main road so that I could use the 'car hire' covered walkway. It was far from an enjoyable or safe experience. Later that day my partner flew in alone from Bristol, so we had planned for her to collect the car to travel home. She followed the signs for Terminal Parking, which took her into the 'Drop Off/Pick Up' area of the multi storey. The signage was unclear and took her in the wrong direction. The pavement she was using also ran out. So disorientated was that she had to return to a help desk to seek assistance. When I returned from Spain on Tuesday, we chatted about our experience and were both in agreement about what an unsatisfactory set up it is.

car was moved 3 times 1,6 miles in total ,can under stand driverseat moved but why was pasengers seat moved ,i drive a hybrid when i arrived at airport could remotly put heating on in car as battery was depleted .dont linke i will be leaving key again

I have an electric car and need to keep an eye on the mileage I have left (which I need to get back home) and I noticed that at pickup my range was about 22 miles lower than when I dropped it off.  I don't have a proof because I never though I needed to take a photo of this but what were you doing with my car?? I understand a few miles to drive to another car park, but over 20? Even if you were idling with the AC fully on for an hour, it would use less. The drop happened 2 days after I dropped off my keys with you, and then it dropped just 2 miles a day before I picked the car up so like, was someone driving my car around?? I used this service before and will probably use this again because there's no other options really but I'm definitely taking photos of mileage next time!

Not having a shuttle bus is unacceptable we had to walk with baggage to the airport in freezing conditions if it had been raining we would have been soaked we are both retired and this was a very bad experience and never again will we endure this experience

Computer didnt recognize my plate and data or there system has fault. The guy on phone was rude . Didnt say please or thanks. Typical manner issue in edinburgh

At midnight I drove up to barriers to exit. Parking card would not work on that scanner . I reversed back unable to see high kerb and got punctured tyre on concrete. 2 hours later recovery vehicle arrived to take car to garage. He said it happens regularly due to design .

Left my bag. It was handed into fast park staff. I was told to contact lost property via email which I did. Now 72hours later and I’ve heard nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The parking location where the team parked the car while we were away wasn’t scored out so my husband and I spent ages looking for location J with heavy cases which didn’t exist only to be told someone forgot to score it out. Very disappointing from what otherwise is a great idea

Process of parking was easy enough. MAJOR issues on leaving when I had to pay an additional fee in excess of £6! NOT happy at all.

Arrival ar airport was great very easy. Our flight was delayed and we had no updates from easyjet om how late we would be, once on plane we got told we were flying to Nice to refuel and change cabin crew so we could not let the airport parking know so we got charged an extra £25 plus £6 to leave the parking!! So cost us double what we paid!

Unfortunately we had to cancel but despite having an account, and the booking being cancelable we found the process impossible online with no alternative option visiable. Our on line account didn't even show our booking and had no option for adding it using the booking reference. Have used the parking here before so felt able to rate the other elements

Returned back to find my car had been on a 4 mile drive and has a scuff on the front passenger arch. Reported with reception on collection who gave some random reason for the 4 miles and took a picture of the scuff from which I asked how long would it take for them to get back to me and yet we’re still waiting.

The reason for the one star - our recent flight was delayed coming from Edinburgh to Turkey , and we arrived back in Edinburgh on the Sunday instead of Saturday- we had no internet in Turkey to try to change the booking , and were hit with a £55 charge to get our car out , which is quite excessive- I can’t see anywhere on the website that tells you of this high charge-

Truly appalling carpark, not properly maintained. Flight delayed 2 days by weather conditions, including at Edinburgh airport itself - £90 overstay charge.
