“Couldn’t offer parking that was booked, no refund or discount as per terms. Email support useless and no communication. Car was damaged. Use another park.”
“Very happy with booking and arrival at Mid Stay parking, picked ticket from machine proceeded to part in designated area no problem. Unfortunately when entering valid ticket into machine to leave Mid Stay I noticed on machine that I to pay £180 for four day stay when I had pre booked was a little shocking. I was glad that prior to leaving home I actually took a picture of email just in case anything happened, after speaking to attendant everything was fixed out within five minutes. I will definitely use this car park again for summer break as it is just a couple of minutes from terminal.”
“Paid for the convenience of fastpark IE drop car and go. It was too busy so told to park in terminal parking, cue ages trying to find a spot and having a longer walk to airport. A complete waste of money. Was sold as an upgrade but was nothing of the sort.”
“Hi when I collected my car I noticed the back of my car had a quite big in size dent on the boot on my arrival the car was parked reversed in against railings and I had to pull the car out to get my luggage in the boot how do I get in contact with someone to report and claim for this damage”
“Arrived back to a crowd of very unhappy people still waiting for there cars and one person going for the cars and a very strest man left to tell everyone what was happening felt sorry for the gay left but he did very well no doubt u will be well aware of this complaint I hade to send my 84 year old mum in a taxi so not a good review.”
“All easy on arrival at airport,however on our return the car was not in a disabled space nor in row where ticket stated,after searching the car car park I couldn’t find it I eventually found someone to help me,the car was outside car park somewhere else!All this time my mum was waiting in her wheelchair!”

“Parking was fine. Signage is poorly lit in the way home when it was dark. Needed to speak to someone when I exited as my registration was not recognised and it took me a while to find the appropriate button to press, again because it was dark and poorly lit.”
“Arrived at 5am and there was a queue to get into the multi storey, giving access to to one car every few minutes. Approaching the barrier it seemed clear that all the access machines were faulty and it was having to be done manually - not good when on a clock to get a flight.
The last bookings has resulted with a sediment / dust on my car - on the floor of level 2, there is also a layer of debris / dust. I have had to wash my car after each occasion.”
“Good signage for entering the multistory parking. Signs indicating number of spaces remaining on each floor, so no time wasted looking for a space. Sign to the Priority Security walkway could have been better, but overall very happy with the service especially as a first time user, as normally fly from Glasgow Airport.”
