Asked for a credit for the unused days
And was told no
So my opinion of Edinburgh Airport Parking
I don’t believe I can express my disappointment without profanity so I won’t
As a disabled driver If there were an alternative I’d use it regretably there isn’t”
“Parking was a great price when booked in advance. Quick few mins walk to the terminal. Only issue we had was that when exiting both myself and another booking had to use rhe intercom as it displayed an outstanding balance of £270”

“I parked in the Multi-storey car park. When approaching, signs were a bit difficult to see, especially if you're stuck in a flow of traffic - took one wrong turning but was able to reverse and reroute. The car park itself was fine and also handy for departures.”
“I had a very disappointing experience at Edinburgh Airport Mid Stay Parking.
After leaving my car in the car park for 9 days, I returned late on a Saturday evening to find that my battery was completely flat. The first thing I did was contact the parking staff via the intercom and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not help, that they had neither a jump starter nor jump leads available, and that I should arrange my own recovery service.
I spent over an hour calling numerous recovery companies, but none had drivers available at that time. Eventually, I had to take a taxi to Asda to buy jump leads myself. Even then, the problems continued, as nobody was willing to help by providing a jump start from their vehicle. After nearly three hours of waiting and searching, I finally found someone kind enough to help me start the car.
I find it unbelievable that a major airport car park handling thousands of vehicles does not have a basic jump starter or a vehicle equipped to assist customers with a flat battery. Being left stranded late at night with no practical support from the car park staff is simply unacceptable.
I would not recommend this parking facility and will seriously consider alternative parking options in the future.”
