“Second time using the Fastpark parking at the airport and it really does what it says on the tin!! Registered car and dropped keys within 5 mins and on the way back collected the keys and out the car park within 5 mins. Brilliant service”

“Very easy to use. Went wrong way at first and ended up in fastpark but the man let us through barrier and directed us to multi story. On way out it tried to charge us £25 although we'd already paid online but pressed the assistance button and it was quickly sorted and we got through.”

“Booked overnight parking in the multistorey but the ticket issued on entry was not recognised. Had to wait while kind attendant let me in. On leaving, ticket agin not recognised - machine asking for £120! Again, helpful staff member looked up my booking and lifted the barrier. Staff very helpful, IT system needs work.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. “Its a great place to park, easy to access & get on the shuttle bus. Only concern was that it took me awhile driving up & down to find a parking bay, I was starting to worry I wouldn't find one, felt like I found the last available one so it's best to allow time for this. There would have been a few other parking spaces available but unfortunately some cars were parked in a way that they weren't side by side & the space between them was not quite wide enough to fit another car in, not sure if marked bays could help prevent this from happening. Overall though very happy with using this carpark.”

“Parking was easy (just remember where you are) and I felt my car was perfectly safe. The most difficult part isn’t finding our car after your holiday. It’s trying to find the exit! A few more signs would help but other than that I would highly recommend”

“Drop off is dead easy, collection just as simple, negative point is getting hit with an extra £6 charge at the barrier on exit with no one there to assist, last thing I needed after a long day traveling.”

“Booked Fast Park for the first time and was pleased with it. Plenty helpful staff to guide you through the process. Slight issue on return to get my keys but managed to do so in the end. I will use this park again.”
