“When I collected my car from fastpark the heating in car was turned up to max - why is there any need to adjust these controls when the car is moved approx 1 mile back and forth in the height of our summer?
Also car was inconveniently backed tight on to a barrier meaning I had to pull forward to open the boot to load my luggage. Unlikely I'd use this service again”
“Always use the multi-storey as it is close to the terminal and comes with Fast-pass security. Was able to arrive, check-in, and bag drop, and make it through security in 30 minutes with a leisurely stroll through duty-free before going to the departure lounge. Can’t beat it. The return is also so much easier when you are exhausted from a long flight.”

“Ripped off on return from cancelled flight due to volcanic eruption in Sicily. Paid £50 extra at machine then final airport exit wouldn't let me leave without yet another £10 fee. No-one available on car park exit intercom.”
“We arrived back on the 8th August to find two things . One the car next to us was parked far too close so we couldn’t open the door to get our 10 month old in their car seat. Two our car wouldn’t start and there was no one around to help. We assume the cars are moved before you land into the parking bays so wonder how our battery was completely flat.”
“Have used airport parking a few times now great service as we use the twilight luggage drop off as we take our golf clubs, the only thing is we had small dent in our door nothing to do with airport parking just inconsiderate people not being carefull!!!!!”
“We had precooked parking months before our holiday taking advantage of a special price offer. However our flight times changed dramatically in the meantime even up to days before our flights. I worried we would have to cancel parking and make other arrangements. However I made a small additional payment to accommodate arriving 12 hours earlier than planned and then £10on exit for the further 9 hour change. Well worth it as it meant we were home quickly after landing.”
