“If you want to avoid the walk to Long Stay this is for you! Minot delay at check in as cars could not be exited immediately. At exit my keys werent ready and no one was available for 5 minutes ... it seemed a little chaotic and the Long Stay option mightve been quicker. PS When keys were provided it was easy to find my car”
“Arrived at a huge tailback waiting to get into car park as BOTH machines were out of order! Had to contact customer service who eventually lifted the barrier but then trying to find my pre booked guaranteed space wasn’t easy.”
“So convenient but a little pricey and we really struggled to find a space in the multi storey despite booking way in advance! We had to drive around several times and were starting. Signs showing number of spaces were also very inaccurate! We were starting to panic a little but eventually saw someone coming out of the lift and followed them to their car. If you are booking way in advance and paying these prices you expect to find a space. Not the start to a holiday that you want. You expect to find a space!”
