“I’m always really happy when using the Edinburgh Airport car parks. They’re convenient, handy, and make travelling much less stressful. I travel a lot – around 20 times a year – and I regularly use all of their options, including Long Stay, Plane Parking, Mid Stay, and the Multi-Storey. I like that I can simply choose whichever one offers the best rate at the time, which gives good flexibility depending on the trip.
Overall, I’ve had consistently positive experiences over the years. The only thing I wish they would introduce is some kind of loyalty card or regular customer discount. After staying with them for so long and using the car parks so frequently, it would be a really nice gesture and much appreciated.”

The so-called 'long stay' car park is poorly labelled and designed to make it incredibly easy to park in the 'wrong' one. I was charged for using 'long stay car park 1' - how many are there anyway? 25? Anyway, I'm glad I funded someone’s bonus. Plenty of cheaper, clearer alternatives exist elsewhere and I strongly suggest using them.
Maybe consider numbering bays or allocating spaces like a functioning car park, rather than relying on confusion to generate revenue.
