“Used the fastpark option for the first time and the process was smooth and straightforward. Only issue was the additional £6 charge when leaving, presumably due to a 2hr flight delay.......seems a bit much!!”

“Entry was simple, instructions and directions simple to follow. We arrived at the Fast Park, the car was photographed, key dropped and then into the departure lounge within 5 - 10 minutes at most. On arrival back into Edinburgh I picked up my key where it was expected to be, found my car and was setting off back home within 10 - 15 minutes of clearing baggage reclaim. the only downside was that a lot of flights had arrived at the same time and the exit road back to the Edinburgh ring road and M8 was very busy and quite slow moving. took about 30 minutes to travel from the car park up to the ring road. Not sure what you can do about this, but if the access roads could be made one way with entry from the A8/M9 kept as it is but a different route for the exit that might help ease passengers away more quickly.”

“Excellent availability of spaces but a complete lack of buses. I ended up walking from the long stay to the terminal (fortunately i wasnt travelling with my young children)”

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“I always use the Multi-storey car park because of convenience. It is well lit, plenty of spaces and yards from the terminal. Parking in the multi costs more but also includes Express Security passes. I left my car and within 8 minutes I was through Security and stood in duty free. Coming home is good too. From being stood at the top of the steps on the plane to starting my car it was 9 minutes. No waiting for mini buses or walking 100s of yards in the cold/rain to get to my car. Pay the bit extra and enjoy the convenience.”

“Entry, parking and depositing the keys was very easy. The fast track car park isn’t very well sign posted coming out from arrivals so on our return we found it a bit tricky to find the lockers. Once we found the lockers it was easy enough to locate the car.”

“Getting to the Mid Stay Carp park was easy. Unfortunately when I entered the Car park it seems that the Car Plate recognition must not have been working as it asked me to take a ticket. This did then mean when I tried to exit the Car Park it wanted me to pay £130 for the time I had been in the car park despite already paying with the pre paid service. I did use the Car Park help button and the agent resolved the issue pretty quickly but I did see this happened to other in front of me exiting the Car Park.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.
