“Parking at Edinburgh Airport, hmmmm.
Entering perfect, no issues, minor problem but irritating. The signs indicated spaces (quite a few) on each floor, so I followed the signs, floors 1-3 maybe 150 available spaces, so round and around, no luck all empty spaces barriered off. 4th floor a space appeared.
Price, £50 more than I would expect for the same at equal airport fairly globally. So for having to explore it to find a place to park and the price, acceptable, though next time home I will split my flight and leave from another airport, same airline. The airport is a pub that sells fast food and tartan.”
“Used several times now ,always great value .Much easier than worrying about taxis early morning .New 1 hour twilight bag drop is great as we only live 20 mins away meaning we go straight to security pre flight . Will be using again !”
“Good instructions on the website as to how to use the service. Unfortunately when recovering my car keys upon return, I was not informed where my car was parked so had to search the car park to find it.
The exit from the car park is not particularly clear.”
“Fast park service is excellent. Park up just across from the terminal, print off a key tag and drop off the keys then the car is waiting on your return.
Plenty of staff to help if you are a first time user.
Often it is not much more expensive than the Long Stay.”
“Easily accessible, parking lanes well marked with good walkways. Key retrieval was good.
My only issue was the Exit wasn’t well highlighted when we were going through at night.”
“The parking aspect of my experience was good, I have an objection to settings in my car, particularly my radio/entertainment system being changed from my personal settings. Why is this happening?”
“Can't fault this place. Second time ive used the fast park, turn up drop keys off and get on flight. When returning you scan the qr code and get keys from locker. Mine aid weren't ready so went to reception. Turned out there was a puncture in one of my tyres and tyre was damaged. They replaced the tyre at no cost to me which I will be entirely grateful for.”
“Using FastPark was incredibly easy, simple to park and drop off the keys and equally easy to pick up keys a get to the car on the way back. Staff were efficient, would definitely use it again.”
“My Car, despite the fact that I put the information that it need disable space parking it was parked far away from the access point, which made me pull the wheelchair up the hill for 400 yards; it wasn't pleasant.”
