“Drop off is dead easy, collection just as simple, negative point is getting hit with an extra £6 charge at the barrier on exit with no one there to assist, last thing I needed after a long day traveling.”

“Booked Fast Park for the first time and was pleased with it. Plenty helpful staff to guide you through the process. Slight issue on return to get my keys but managed to do so in the end. I will use this park again.”

“It's the most secure car park i ever found. Everything went smoothly and fast. Process was easy and very clear. When I come back my car was exactly at the exit of the reception where they said will be. Team is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Pareking was fine, no issues. Cost for 2 days (1 night) was £40 so expensive, based on the price i would not use this service for personal use, i would use the off-site parking for holidays etc.”

“Booked multi-storey car park. Was very easy to find and got a space no problem. Was delighted to discover it comes with fast track security with bridge access from the car park! Couldn't fault it at all”

“Generally no problems parking. But I would like the entrance to have better lighting and signage to make it easier to see in the dark. It is easy to miss and be forced to go round the drop off route..which costs an additional fee.”

“The fastpark is amazing, very conviniet! The only suggestion I would give is if there is a overview/map in the key collecting locker area which helps indicate the information of zones(eg, where is zone A, B…E), it would help us find our car quicker. We actually walked isle by isle to find out where is zone B where our car parked.”
