Despite pre-paying £40 online and arriving and departing on time, when I tried to leave the barrier tried to charge me a further £140 without explanation. It was resolved but no explanation was given and it put a dampener on the experience.

A glitch in the system meant that leaving the car park took a long time and when I got to the barrier I was told I was to pay £150 even though I had pre booked. After a short wait I was allowed to leave

On Wednesday evening 26th October I had difficulty in exiting the Multi Storey car park. Although I had pre booked my parking I was asked for £150.00 on exit. I pressed the button for assistance which took a little while and I was let through the barrier. I use airport parking frequently, I would say that around 80% of the times I have exited the car parks I have had to press the button for assistanc

As a place to park, the multi-storey was really handy. However, the access and egress leaves a lot to be desired. The pick-up/drop off points on the ground level are cramped and they cramp the car park exit. All the exit lanes are awkward if you have a larger car and scraping wheels seems a common occurrence. The number plate recognition systems doesnt seem to always work. Access to the terminal building is fair but apart from a "fast lane" bridge, requires you to cross a fairly busy route to the building from/to the park. It could probably do with a serious rethink on how its all laid out (of course, this requires money).

Pretty easy to find, well signposted, entering the carpark was easy, however after we parked the car we were in a bit of a rush to get to the airport and there were NO SIGNPOSTS on where to go if you were going to the airport by foot. 100 signs saying "Exit" (for cars), but none to say Airport by foot! We were in a pit of a rush/panic and asked another passenger who was also in the same problem. Only when did we get fairly close to the airport (after exiting the carpark on foot via the car exit and walking along the main road) there started to become an obvious pedestrian footpath marked by red and white barriers. It seems they gave up on this path halfway through the carpark, so if you park on the far side (also not obvious which is the far or close side) you have to wonder around lost in the rain and hope you're going the right way!

Parking was a bit far away so traveling there was a bit confusing felt I was going to far away but found it in the end. And on leaving myself and a couple friends all tried to get charged an extra 120 pounds!

Online booking process easy. Parking options available were clear. Parking and access to terminal good. Exit process problematic. Machine wanted an extra £120.00 to exit carpark. Carpark call handler eventually agreed booking was correct and lifted barrier. There were long queues as other people were having the same problems. Poor end to a holiday!

When I got to the barrier the number plate recognition didn’t recognise my car so I had to press the button to get a ticket. I asked the driver of the courtesy bus what I needed to do and he said don’t worry about it. When I returned from my journey and tried to exit the car park with the ticket I got the machine wanted £95 for 3 days parking. I pressed the button to speak to someone and they sorted it out quickly for me so it wasn’t a problem in the end but I did worry while I was away. If there was a telephone number on the booking or on the website I could have phoned to sort it out it would have been more efficient.

Great location Reasonable price The number plate recognition was broken as we left. As there was no notice and no one answered the call button we reversed out. Only to then see everyone was having the same issue so then ended up at the back of a queue where everyone was waiting for someone to answer the call button to get out

Parking area is difficult to navigate, pot holes, puddles and lack of signage especially at night. Improve lighting and signage especially when trying to get from airport to long stay

So delivering car went well, staff very good and I had to pay another £15 as flight although 25th departure was arriving 26th 1.55am. Then picking up car, all good with key return. Gate you take a ticket and then was charged another £4 to get out of carpark at barrier. At that time in the morning we just wanted home but it all added to the parking total which started at £51.99, then becomes £70.99. Car was kept fine for week though.

Well priced and easy enough to park and find a space once. Signage on the way in was confusing but not awful, however we found the signage really confusing/lacking after parking the car and walking to the terminal (from long stay) and then exiting the car park after our holiday. I did like that it was a short walk to the terminal and we didn't need to muck about with a shuttle bus.

Long Stay parking pedestrian route is poorly defined, walkway lacks covering for the majority of the route and in parts surface is in need of repair
