The on and the off ramps are much too narrow . I was afraid I would damage a wheel.

The parking itself was fine. 1st problem was no shuttle bus to airport or back, then the exit barrier wanted 110 pounds before lifting when the ticket was already prepaid...

Easy to book and pay for but when leaving the machine was trying to charge me for the full amount as if I hadn’t pre booked. The man who answered the assistance call did however sort it out after 5 mins

Automatic plate reader didn’t work on entry or exit and had to call for assistance. Not very well signposted at gate, quite unclear which side is terminal ground car park and which is multi-storey (ground car park is the left). Again poor and confusing signage on exit from airport especially as you exit out of a different door from entry. Short distance to airport terminal though

Unfortunately my pre-paid parking was not recognised and on departure I was asked for £60.00. I had to call an assistant to resolve the issue.

Easy to book but still quite expensive. There was no option to amend booking though when our flight was delayed the night before.

Entrance is very confusing. With having to go through double barriers, getting a ticket and then reinserting it into another machine. Also extremely expensive. Very much a money grab for the convenience.

Car registration was not recognised when leaving car park, however was resolved by staff when we rang the buzzer.

Unsure what happened but system never read my number plate and on my exit I was charged with an extra £140 pounds, after I had already paid my invoice for my weekend stay through website. Currently looking for a refund.

Had issues entering the parking lot at the barrier, which then caused an issue when we tried to exit.

Fast park is a good concept but we didn't have a great experience, missed the on ramp so had to pay to leave drop off zone then on return car was so poorly parked could only enter via passengers door and climb over, not an easy process for elderly customers.

Had to drive around to find a space for a while. Parking is fine but would be a nightmare walk in the usual Scottish rain as it's far away & uncovered.

This was my first time using the midstay carpark. We parked the car about 430am when it was still dark. On return at 3pm the next week we spent about 15 minutes trying to find the car. There is lack of sign posts directing you back to the midstay carpark. We used the doubletree hotel as a starting point to finding our car. It took us 15 minutes to eventually find it. Thank god the rain was off at the time.

On arrival the ticket machine would not work. On leaving the machine said I owed £150 and I had to wait 5 minutes at the barrier until sorted. So not great!

A bit scary, paid for parking upfront, when departing I popped the ticket in machine and was told we have to pay £170. Managed to sort it out within 5 mins, but reg recognition must have failed I guess

Was disappointed to start with cos no spaces in car park we paid for, spoke to member staff and was told to go to multi storey and tell them so it worked out well in end.

park was fine but we booked through booking .com and we found it impossible to extend our booking and we had to pay £75 for our 2 days extra

I found the online purchase of parking , and the use of the registration plate for entry , and the ticket received on entry for exiting , all straight forward and fine . What wasn't so good was the lack of a clear pedestrian walkway . The signage wasn't clear once in the parking area , and there was a puddle at a pedestrian gate .
