“The parking itself was fine.
1st problem was no shuttle bus to airport or back, then the exit barrier wanted 110 pounds before lifting when the ticket was already prepaid...”
“Easy to book and pay for but when leaving the machine was trying to charge me for the full amount as if I hadn’t pre booked. The man who answered the assistance call did however sort it out after 5 mins”
“Automatic plate reader didn’t work on entry or exit and had to call for assistance. Not very well signposted at gate, quite unclear which side is terminal ground car park and which is multi-storey (ground car park is the left). Again poor and confusing signage on exit from airport especially as you exit out of a different door from entry. Short distance to airport terminal though”
“Entrance is very confusing. With having to go through double barriers, getting a ticket and then reinserting it into another machine.
Also extremely expensive. Very much a money grab for the convenience.”

“Fast park is a good concept but we didn't have a great experience, missed the on ramp so had to pay to leave drop off zone then on return car was so poorly parked could only enter via passengers door and climb over, not an easy process for elderly customers.”

“This was my first time using the midstay carpark. We parked the car about 430am when it was still dark. On return at 3pm the next week we spent about 15 minutes trying to find the car. There is lack of sign posts directing you back to the midstay carpark. We used the doubletree hotel as a starting point to finding our car. It took us 15 minutes to eventually find it. Thank god the rain was off at the time.”
“On arrival the ticket machine would not work.
On leaving the machine said I owed £150 and I had to wait 5 minutes at the barrier until sorted.

“A bit scary, paid for parking upfront, when departing I popped the ticket in machine and was told we have to pay £170. Managed to sort it out within 5 mins, but reg recognition must have failed I guess”

“I found the online purchase of parking , and the use of the registration plate for entry , and the ticket received on entry for exiting , all straight forward and fine . What wasn't so good was the lack of a clear pedestrian walkway . The signage wasn't clear once in the parking area , and there was a puddle at a pedestrian gate .”
