My car appeared to be safe when I went for a week abroad. However when arriving at an airport I had not used before it was not clearly indicated where the walking route to the airport was. There were a lot of cars parked not in bays and within the entry and exit paths, which may have made the footpath less evident. It was not until I had walked to the entrance that I found a sign that I had to walk to area c4 to find the path into the terminal - I feel this needs improved. Thanks

Parking is close and handy, but could use its No plate recognition soft/hardware updated; I frequently have to speak to the operators. They always sort it out, but it's amusing that they've yet to attend the "customer service" workshops!!

Reasonably happy but suggest more pick up places for the bus. We had to walk a significant distance once our car was parked and fortunately the weather was dry.

Not sure why it costs twice as much to park here now as it did 6 months ago. Still, looking at the queue for the taxi rank, I’m glad I parked my car.

Booked terminal parking in June 22 and multi storey in August 22 Everything great until you leave the car park. Both times the ticket machine said I needed to pay £100's when had already prepaid. Pain having to call and give car reg and email address to prove payment.

it's very easy but I do not understand why both seat heatings were on max and temperature in the car was set on 27degrees? Why would you do this?

Parking was adequate, ANPR wasn’t working as was asked to pay on exit for a pre-booked stay. This was quickly sorted though. Biggest concern is the hike in price for parking, has doubled in recent months, yes costs have gone up but costs of providing existing parking haven’t.

Have been using long stay parking few times, it's nice that it's not far from airport , only 10 minutes walk, but was driving around about 15 minutes to find a space, cars parked on kerbs and in junctions. If there are no spaces, why would you allow to book it online.

I used the Terminal parking. Booking online was an easy and vfm process. Disappointed that we were as far away as was possible in this car park . The care was safe on our return but our exit was delayed as the barrier gate refused on several occasions to accept our ticket and we had to reverse and leave by a different exit.

Managed to get a space on the top level as very full when we arrived. Prepaid our parking and fast track security which was great. Unfortunately our flight was delayed by 2 hours and then took us 1 hour 40 minutes to get out of airport due to no buses to take us from aircraft to terminal and the huge queues to get into building and through passport control. Bags were actually waiting for me! Therefore I had extra charges when I went to barrier and no one responded to help button. Eventually decided to pay charges and deal with it next day as it had been a long day then straight away someone spoke through intercom and told me to contact customer service to see if I’m eligible for refund. Still waiting for response which I hope will be positive.

While the Fast Park facility works well, do not expect the process to be anything like that shown in the explanatory video!

WARNING: ENSURE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE CHARGED BECAUSE YOUR REGISTRATION PLATE WAS NOT DETECTED BY THEIR CAMERAS!!!! Prepaid my parking. Read the small print to say I had 6 hours lea-way, which I had to go into. Left and at barrier it came up that I owed £110 over and above what I'd paid. Need proper signage for pedestrians to get to departures.

No problems upon arrival. When leaving though, the auto-registration reader/barrier did not let us out - we had to call via intercom and give details before being let out - with a 5-minute delay.

Struggled to find a space. Cars parked everywhere including on the pavements and blocking junctions. Short enough walk to the terminal though.

Convenient if rather too expensive. Signage to/from Terminal needs improvement - we ended up in a staff zone! There is very little protection from inclement weather for most of the walking route.

On exit the barrier would not open when ticket inserted. A message saying I owed £675 and it had to be paid before I could exit. I had to contact customer service before it could be arranged for the barrier to open.

Parking was fine but there’s a lack of signage to get back to the carpark from the terminal. It really lets down a good service. Please add clearer and obvious signage for walking from the terminal to the carpark

Really poor directions to the different areas. Could do with public maps as we needed to use Google maps to find where we had parked. Reasonably priced.
