On arrival gates didn’t recognise the car number plate. Assistance required for entry. On departure asked for a fee of £120. Yet again assistance required. Wrong booking number in system and eventually resolved.

The spaces are frankly far too small for anything other than a hatch back, and even smaller than many spaces at other locations. The signage is also very poor - I knew where to go having parked there before but had to direct a couple who were completely lost. The pricing however is competitive which is good.

On arrival there were no spaces available, after running around the carpark for 30 minutes I parked on a crosshatch area as I was concerned I would miss check in and my flight. Why do the sell spaces they don’t have.

Difficult to find the exact car park. Hoeber, easy quick access to the airport when we found the correct car park. The barrier wasn't working on our exit and we got soaked trying to find help. Better signposts for each carpark would be helpful

Close to the terminal,but not very clear how to walk from there to the terminal building. People parking in random places, like double yellow lines no clear place for leaving/ picking up luggage trolleys

Very difficult to find a space as the longstay car park was full with several other drivers having the same problem and parking in unofficial parking bays. Drove around until eventually finding a space, otherwise everything was ok.

You need to improve car parking signage difficult to Know way into parking - very small signs and easy to miss

Booking and arrival easy and convenient plenty free spaces near the terminal. Unfortunately when exiting after inserting my pre paid ticket the machine said I owed 270 quid and I was stuck with a queue of cars behind me whilst I talked with the remote attendant, not what I wanted.

Parking in the Terminal car park was fine apart from the trouble in finding a space. Had to drive round for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to leave.

Easy to book, instructions for location good. IT problem when we checked in so had to wait for machines coming back online. So what should have been a quick procedure was rather elongated. Smooth and quick on the way back.

Parking at "Plane Parking" for the first time was confusing for a long-time user of Edinburgh Airport. Having been used to "Long Stay" I assumed that this was somewhere in between Long and Medium Stay and that the price difference was due to it being on offer. However, this new parking is significantly further away from the terminal and significantly further walk to the bus stand itself. It seems like this is just providing EDI an opportunity to bump up the prices of their long stay as they now have a long long stay car park which can be their base level pricing.

Arrival and ease of parking = very good. Return = nightmare - when I put my ticket in the machine it wanted a payment of £356 for the weeks stay. I pressed the button for assistance and the customer service couldn't find my booking using my car reg or booking I'd after the first or second attempt. It was finally found after the third attempt. This was frustrating being very early in the morning and the fact the man I was speaking to was about 10 metres behind me in his booth.

despite booking online the system didn't recognise my vehicle, so when I tried to leave the car park it suggested I owed £120. The person on the intercom was very helpful and sorted it, but it's not nice to have that moment of panic after a flight.

The plane parking is not mapped nor is it sign posted from terminal/door A. It all works fine but there should be a better map on where the parking is and more details when you exit the terminal to go to the bus stop to return to the car park is near where you are dropped off close to taxi and team stances, not at terminal bus stop "h". There's surprisingly little information on this on the email confirmation, no mention at all actually of the return bus journey... but its fine once you've done it for the first time. Also... parking 5 days was 40 quid which is expensive for budget parking.

convenient parking but camera was broken at entrance to parking which meant our car wasn't recognised. At the end of our holiday, when we approached the check out barrier, we were therefore charged £266. However, when we called for assistance the issue was quickly resolved.

Parking was easy and spaces were available. Prices were extortionate. Find it hard to recommend to anyone until the price goes down.

Booking process was straightforward as always (regular user) but what a disaster when we tried to leave the car park after our holiday!!!! Every car was being stopped with a message they were owing hundreds of pounds including ourselves. Only after speaking to one of the operators did we eventually get to leave. My brother in law was at the same car park in June and had the same issue!!!! Please sort this out!!!! Will be using the car park again late October but if still the same then will cease using this facility going forward.

Parking on arrival was excellent but on return had to wait nearly an hour on my car being returned to the pick up point.
