“We had a problem in that previously when we had made an advance booking, the system automatically recognised our numberplate and printed it on the ticket. As this didn't happen this time we had to sort out the problem in your office on our return (which your attendant efficiently did).”

Disappointingly noticed 3 dents in my car on my return from holiday so that’s not positive.”
“I was looking and looking for the bus from terminal to long stay parking but I could not find it! It was dark and cold and I was tired.
It took me 2 hours to find long stay parking from the terminal”
“The main impression is that the mid term parking areais too small. We had a job finding a space and I think we got the last available one. When we returned someone had parked in an unmarked area that restricted our ability to get out but after a few manouvres we managed to clear and exit. Although this is the first time we have encountered this situation at Edinburgh it is less than ideal and better monitoring is required. Better signage is required on the main entrance road prior to the roundabout for turning right.”
“This would of been a 5 however, at exit it transpires that I made a mistake due to the flight going from one day into the next, the charge for an additional day was 40 pounds nearly the cost for full stay, yes I made a mistake, and yes it is probably in the terms and conditions, however 40 quid is wrong in my opinion.”
“The booking process is simple enough and the price for multi-day airport parking is reasonable if you book in advance.
Needs more security to deter people from parking in manners that block the flow of traffic and more marked walkways for pedestrians going to and from their cars.”
“The amount of cars that are allowed to park at junctions and block roads makes it incredibly difficult to maneuver around the car park. It should be discouraged by staff, or those individuals that do it are penalized in some way.”
“It was OK until I tried to get out of the car park I had to pay additional 176 which I thought that it was wrong as I had paid before and I had all the paperwork with me but no map”
“Second time using the multi-storey car park and same issue as the first time. When I went to leave and put ticket in at barrier it asked for £180 despite being a prepaid booking. Fixed by car park operative again but very frustrating after a delayed flight”
“Had to call help to get ticket from machine on way in and had to call help on way out as they said I owed £40 extra as flight was delayed. The person that answered help call did not seem to know what was happening and eventually opened barrier
Also no shuttle bus available both journeys which was ok as we were able to walk but it was quite dark would not have been keen if on my own or raining”
“I had changed car reg nos approx 36hrs prior to arrival at car park. However on arrival i couldn't gain automatic entry and had to seek assistance. It took a good few minutes before we could get in after they said they had eventually had found reg nos. On exit from park the barrier remained down again and i had to seek assistance once more. I was told that the original reg nos appeared with their record and i wondered how the new nos had been found on entry. After about 10mins we were able to leave the park okay but i was a bit annoyed especially as it was now half past midnight. If this hadn't happened i would have given 5 stars but i think 3 is the best i can manage after this unfortunate confusion.”
“My car appeared to be safe when I went for a week abroad. However when arriving at an airport I had not used before it was not clearly indicated where the walking route to the airport was. There were a lot of cars parked not in bays and within the entry and exit paths, which may have made the footpath less evident. It was not until I had walked to the entrance that I found a sign that I had to walk to area c4 to find the path into the terminal - I feel this needs improved.
