Okay, but no actual parking spaces available on arrival. Parked on double yellow lines as others had. Left me with some doubt that I'd return and have to pay a fine. It should have been made clear that parking on yellow lines was acceptable. That or start letting long stay resevered cars into the mid stay, which had plenty of space.

Hi Paul,   Thank you for your review. As advised in our terms and conditions 'In the unlikely event, you book a parking space with us online, and there are no spaces in the relevant car park when you arrive, we will either provide an equivalent or better space in another car park or a reduction in price for a car park further away'. Tight spaces. No EV charging. Weird double ticket entry process. Expensive.

Easy to park & pick up my car, only downside was fast track was a waste of money. No fast track lane when arrived at passport control so don’t know what was the benefit a complete waste of money.

Parking was a reasonable price. There were limited spaces when we arrived. We had to drive round 3 times before a space to park was available. There were cars parked on double yellow lines, on kerbs and in some random places. If money is taken for parking it would be better to know you are going to find a free space for tour car.

We changed our car before the holiday and we followed the instructions online to amend the vehicle details only to be hit with a additional payment on exit. The information on actions to be taken were not clear at the time and only added to our dismay

Could not get out of gate, would not accept ticket, quickly sorted by calling intercom. Could also do with a defined walking path to terminal, we were in J1, path to terminal was not clearly marked

Would really help if bus resumed picking up from long stay carpark. Lots of cars now not parking in allocated spaces to be close to walking exit and knowing that bus not coming into carpark, road can be blocked with parking.

Parking was easy to find and route to airport was easy to navigate. Was quite expensive as o was only staying at the airport for a few hours to escort my son through the airport as he was flying alone for the first time

Barriers at the multi storey not working again which means the inevitable stop/delay to explain and evidence your booking before getting out and have been like this for months, invest some money and fix/replace them please.

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes. We parked in the C area of the long stay, near the horrible prison yard fence topped with barbed wire. It was relatively easy to enter by car but not great walking to the terminal from the car - It's a tortuous route through various gates and different parts of the car park, badly signposted and takes you through a dismal 'back door' to the departures. I wouldn't think people travelling alone would feel comfortable on that route. Returning was the same in reverse. Getting out by car is convoluted. All in all, it's a cheaper option than other parking on offer but a pretty grim experience.

Booked “Plane parking” and followed signs for this at the airport. Turns out this part of parking has been closed and I was to use “Long-term parking” instead. Only got to the right place when a helpful parking guard pulled up along side in his car. Recall something about this in my email confirmation but hard to remember this at 4am. Suggest better signage at the airport.

Thank you for your review. As advised in your booking confirmation Plane Parking is currently non-operational during the winter season and you were upgraded to the Long Stay car park. There is also a sign outside Plane Parking to advise if you have a booking to check your booking confirmation as you have been upgraded. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Couldn't get out. Had the inconvenience of ticket being rejected on multiple occasions at a badly lit kiosk. The call button wasn't clearly visible or identifiable.had to reverse out from initial platform and try another. Eventually got a response to call. Was told car registration had not been recognised when we arrived 10 days earlier at approximately 5 am- so why did did machine give me a ticket then? I would guess did not recognise either because of poor technology or more likely very badly lit entrance and car parks overall

Parking was fine just wish there had been something in my email to let me know plane parking was closed and to use long stay . If it hadnt been for a passing worker I wouldnt have known what to do

Mid-stay was fine but the entrance and exit are VERY tight for getting a car through. Also, there was no sign of baggage trolleys and since there is no bus unless you request it, it's not great. There were four of us, two adults and two children. The children had their carry-on bags which left me and my wife with our carry-on bags, our hold luggage and theirs too. Not great.

Good price for a week when I reserved in advance. Terrible walkway to airport- which has been the same for months- why isn't it upgraded? Car number plate was not recognised on way out, had to call for assistance. Why didn't it just work? Glad there was no impatient queue behind on a Sunday afternoon.....
