Outbound Flight : The direction towards the Airport was not well displayed Inbound Flight : Same issues not well displayed from Airport to the Parking The worst it was when I wanted to exit the parking with my car, even if everything has been payed online and when I inserted my ticket, the machine showed I have to pay extra, like nothing were booked before, and when calling the agent he was saying I have to use another whatever machine for validation which is absolutely stupid specially I didn't extend the expecting days (I came on time and left on time), specially someone came from a Travel and you guys are asking us when we reach our car and exit to go home to go again to another machine, completely ridiculous.

After a number of recent stress free stays, the last visit resulted in my being barred from exit with the machine claiming I owed over £220. Happily, I was able to contact staff quickly, who raised the barrier. Bit of a shame really, as all previous stays, as mentioned above, worked well

I found it quite confusing, when arriving at Edinburgh airport all that is in your mind is getting your flight on time. I booked the long stay car park, I received an email to say I had been upgraded to the terminal car park, I knew where that was and didn't give it a second thought, thinking it meant the multi storey. I arrived about 5.15am on the 20th January took my ticket and parked. We returned on the 3rd February, drove to the barrier put my ticket in and the screen said I owed £675, confused I pressed the help button, the chap said I was in the wrong car park, I said I am in the multi storey at the terminal, he said I should have been in the Terminal car park, I didn't know that existed. I actually followed one of my friends who was parked in the multi storey, thinking I was in the same. My car reg is M6 SKL and have parked at Edinburgh airport in the past. The chap I spoke to on the help button sorted it out, much to my relief. Maybe colour coding and clearer signage would help ageing drivers like me, when catching a flight is all that is on your mind.

I had difficulty in locating the csrpark as no clear signage especially in the dark,No post code on the booking confirmation would help especially for someone not aquainted with the airport

It was pretty good, found the space easy enough. The was not an clear walking route near to where we parked. Also there was not a clear place to leave the luggage trolleys where we parked. We liked that we could just leave with the ticket but we were not sure about this. Would be nice if it was clearer.

I prebooked terminal parking. We have a blue badge since our son is in a wheelchair. We found it difficult to find a disabled parking space. Many disabled spaces were taken up with cars with no blue badges. Also On entry I didn’t notice that the system didn’t recognise our number plate and so 2 weeks later, we got a shock when the machine told us we owed £515. We pressed the intercom and the person on the other side sorted it out quickly. Told us the system sometimes doesn’t pick up reg numbers. So it was a bit of a panic.

Pretty straightforward getting in and parking. Staff there to assist with final key deposit. Getting out is a totally different thing. Final barrier was catching several drivers including myself. Waited several minutes until I could get assistance via the intercom. That is a shambles. Cars queuing behind and or trying to reverse. I certainly won't use this "Fast Park" again. Not worth it. I'll park elsewhere at a cheaper price.

The Long Stay Car park was pretty busy, a good sign, however signage for the walking route, especially when returning in the dark is very poor meaning a good bit of time is spent searching for the appropriate walkway. I would still use again.

Great easy access apart from the same problem that has happened twice now , last 2 vists, when exiting the car park, it states u owe over £155 as it doesn't recognise your booking, u then have to wait and explain everything to the call button, bit of a nightmare to be honest.

For the second time the ANPR failed to register my vehicle and I was asked to pay the full amount on exit. I had to seek assistance to correct this.

I have used this service before and never faulted it. However, my most recent experience wasn’t as good. No one at barrier to meet us / direct us. I drive into the nearest lane to terminal only then to be met with an abrupt “have you booked to be here” - ?? Ticket for key fob also tore (design fault) which delayed us.

Disappointed with my car parking experience as having booked on line I needed to change the vehicle details and despite doing this on line, on exiting the car park I was presented with a bill of £180!!! It was sorted but it is not the kind of thing you want to have to deal with having travelled all day.

Great prepayment system and easy to find a parking space. Let down on exit by the machine not recognising my prepayment and demanding an extra £110 for a days parking from me..... sorted after a chat with staff but could catch the unwary out.

Booking and parking all ok, however on collecting our car we were charged an additional £4. I have been advised there was an issue with the barrier system, and someone would be in contact with regard to a refund, to date I have not had any contact.

Smooth and efficient entry and exit to/from carpark. Disappointed we were notified of construction work on ground floor of multi storey and electric charging points. Left us having to navigate long, roundabout route to airport with toddler in buggy. Signage and temporary pedestrian walkways had inadequate signage.

Very convenient parking tho I made a mistake by booking two extra days and had to ask for that to be corrected by email . No refund given if you haven’t booked it 24 hours before . Very helpful staff who directed me to my car .

Great service like the short cut thru security, I thought the set-up needs an upgrade, why is there not number plate recognition when exiting the park meaning there would not be a requirement to insert the parking card on exit. It's easy to mislay the card after a holiday
