“Straightforward entry, easy to find the carpark and didn’t take long to find a space, and the bus to the terminal arrived promptly. However, when we returned, the “every 5 minutes” bus took almost 20 minutes to arrive at the terminal and there was almost no information at the bus stop regarding this”
“There. Are 2 other Long Term sites signposted before the desired one. I had to stop at the NCP site for directions. Likewise on leaving the terminal, the bus stop is not signposted only the mid term.”
“It was difficult to find the correct carpark- once in was quick to get into airport- but as we came home we put our pre paid ticket into machine for it to tell us we needed to pay £30?!? This was resolved by pressing the buzzer and giving. Booking reference and they let us through.”

Need to improve ticketing service - took me a long time to get out as had to buzz telecom, they didn't answer, had to go to a different exit barrier and then they took a while to find my booking. Glasgow parking has registration plate recognition.
Quite expensive for off site airport parking”
“I usually book this parking as it's closer to terminal and little hassle. Always pre-booked/paid. On the day we departed we entered the car park and then spend 40 minutes circling to find a space (very stressful). Luckily there were 3 of us so one jumped out to find someone to help - there was no-one to help!! Eventually we stalked a family who had just returned and got their space. Not the usual standard - surely technology can keep the balance so that those who have pre-paid can enter and others moved to other car parks??”

eventually phoned telephone number on booking confirmation and was
directed to area R & S which was quite separate from the main areas
Considered parking in multi - did know if this was allowed ??

“I pre-booked priority parking, on arrival at the car park it was not clear where priority parking is sited. On return the route to car park from the airport was not clearly indicated. Finally at exit gate we were advised that an overcharge of £585 was due, fortunately we had the booking reference number to hand.”
“booking was easy, park easy to find, plenty spaces, however when we arrived there was no recognition of the fact that we were a customer who had already paid on line, we had to take a ticket from the machine with the prospect of having to pay over £70”
“There is a lack of information as what you do with your ticket when leaving when booked pre paid. Instructions should tell the driver to insert ticket at exit barrier and press the intercom button with booking reference at hand. I inserted the ticket by mistake into the payment machine thinking the ticket would be authorised but was asked for another additional payment instead.”
“I was happy that the car was going to be parked securely while away on holiday however the only downside was finding a parking space in the first place to park my car. I drove round and round for about 20 minutes (along with other cars) & it was only because another driver informed me there were more spaces at the top across the road. No signs that this was also part of the terminal parking area which I had pre booked.”

“Valet parking is very good. Easy quick and efficient. Only downfall is the ANPR never works for my vehicle so every time I enter or depart I have to press the intercom to try and get in or out. Quite a big issue especially when busy or bad weather and you are sitting waiting on an agent to check your reservation details.”

Spent about 10 minutes aimlessly driving round and round, was running late so had to abandon car on the road part of car park ( I also noticed quite a number of other people had also done this.!)
There needs to be a system of space allocation.”
