“It is ok, as close enough to the terminal, but terribly confusing as where to go exactly. Signage is not very good once you reach the terminal car park. It is very easy to make the mistake to end up in the multi-story carpark which you haven't booked.”
“Not notified that bus to pick us up after trip for long stay car park had moved from usual bus stop to another area so waited for 10 minutes before a rival companies bus driver told us of the change. I booked online so could have been notified of the change on the confirmation e-mail.
Pre-paid parking but this is the second occasion that the barrier wouldn't raise because I allegedly owed £120. The assistant was a curt and slight unfriendly when contacted.
I have used this facility many times before without these problems before”
“Booking was easy as was finding the Carpark , unfortunately it was very full at took a bit of time to find a space .... not the cheapest either but very close to the terminal”
“The walk from the mid stay could have clearer eye level direction signs especially at night.
There were no clear indications of a bus pick up point or is there a shuttle bus ?”
“I was parked close to the terminal with not too far to walk, with plenty of spaces available and all for a good price. The only slight issue was that for the second time using the Mid stay. The system didnt recognize my booking and said I still needed to pay. Luckily I always have my booking reference so I could deal with the issue promptly and leave the car park with no further problem.”
“Generally I would give 5 stars. However on this occasion I could not exit the car park. The system said I was due £260. There was clearly an error in your system and caused some delay at peak time of exiting.”
“Very disappointed with the so called Fast Track.Car was booked in from 3.00am, we arrived and parked by 4am. Followed the signs for Fast Track as we had no cases to check in. We were told there was not enough staff to put us through security and that they would not be until 4am, we pointed out that was after that time, we only got a shrug of the shoulders. When I asked what we were meant to do we were told to go through a door on the left into the main security hall, this was locked and was pointed out to staff who again had no answer. Eventually told to go back out and enter the main terminal building. Whats the point of paying for a service we did not receive!!!!”
“parked in surface short stay - location is good and easy walking distance to departures. Managed to get a reasonable deal - but charges remain excessive - in line with most other airport parking charges.”
“Straightforward entry, easy to find the carpark and didn’t take long to find a space, and the bus to the terminal arrived promptly. However, when we returned, the “every 5 minutes” bus took almost 20 minutes to arrive at the terminal and there was almost no information at the bus stop regarding this”
“There. Are 2 other Long Term sites signposted before the desired one. I had to stop at the NCP site for directions. Likewise on leaving the terminal, the bus stop is not signposted only the mid term.”
